The Federal Bureau of Investigation, also known as the FBI, which tellingly can be rearranged to form the word FIB, something they do a lot, raided several unsuspecting IHop pancake restaurants, whose food people enjoy. But do you notice which restaurant they didn't raid - Dunkin Donuts. That's because being cops, they wouldn't dare raid their spot.

I know this feeds into the national stereotype, but I was going by a Dunkin Donuts the other day and even from the street you could see it was full of cops. You couldn't help but notice how many cops were in there, packed like a clown car, but you know, with cops instead. If something happened to Dunkin Donuts in America, cops would go on strike and into an official state of mourning.

The FBI is on the hot seat this week, over leaked documents belonging to the agency, used to train agents. According to the FBI training materials, "mainstream American Muslims" are "terrorist sympathizers" and Mohammed is a "cult leader." The FBI describes all Muslim charitable giving to Islamic charities as donations to terrorism, described in the manuals as "Funding mechanism for combat." The FBI also teaches agents the more "devout" the Muslim, the more "violent" said person will be. Oh boy, this is not going to go over well with Muslims anywhere.

Based on documents contained in the current leak, the FBI views Muslims as "terrorists" or terrorists waiting to happen, lumping everyone in the religion in the same unflattering bunch. In essence, the FBI is stating, Muslims are criminals. Previously leaked documents published two months ago reveal, the FBI believes Muslims are archaic, non-modern Neanderthals still living according to, "7th century Arab ways."

Note To Self: do not walk anywhere near any FBI buildings in the foreseeable future.

In reading the latest information coming out about the bankruptcy of President Obama's favored Solyndra solar company, which wasted over a half a billion dollars of taxpayer money, one is left to wonder, was the government really that gullible, did Solyndra play the Obama administration for suckers or was the company a cover for something else.

$535 million dollars is a lot of money to commit to a new company, especially one with unproven products and services. Yet, the government had no qualms about doing so, fast tracking the loan within six days, jumping in head first, in what was a terrible deal from the outset. Do you know how many small businesses in America would love a simple $5,000 to $10,000 loan and can't get one, yet Solyndra received this windfall of cash.

The FBI demands taxpayer money from Congress, claiming it is for one thing, but behind closed doors, often uses it for illegal secret programs that shred the U.S. Constitution. Was Solyndra using taxpayer money for reasons other than what was disclosed to the public, as I find it hard to believe any company could blow through half a billion dollars and have absolutely nothing to show for it. What happened here.

I have a question, if I go to Home Depot, buy some sheets of Plexiglas, spray them black, leave them out in the sun and call it a solar initiative, will the government give me $528,000,000 to play with too. Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask.

An article published yesterday in the San Francisco Chronicle indicates, Solyndra sent an "upbeat" report to the government in July 2011 and they apparently bought it hook line and sinker (Feds probe Solyndra's upbeat July report). This was six weeks before they filed for bankruptcy, yet as recently as six months ago, the Judiciary Report again warned the Obama Administration needed to drop its solar initiatives.

If I knew, shouldn't the government have known as well. You mean to tell me the White House and the FBI, an investigative agency, where the President meets with its director, Robert S. Mueller, on a weekly basis, did not know what was going on at Solyndra.

Obama at Solyndra pretending he understands what they are talking about, not realizing it is rubbish that will go on to cost the taxpayers a boatload of cash. He should have let me go there for him, because the first thing out of my mouth after their long speech would have been, "You're talking pure bull!"

It's amazing - the FBI will illegally pry into the lives of writers such as myself (FBI Reproved For Spying On Journalists), day and night, even inappropriately talking to people I know personally, in bids at unconstitutionally swaying my sites and wanting to have unflattering things about them removed, yet a company like Solyndra that was loaned a half a billion dollars in taxpayer funds, they ignored, allowing them to blow all that money and during a financial crisis.

I'm pretty sure, had you collectively asked the taxpayers, who they would have wanted you to spend taxpayer money investigating, giving them the option:

a.) a wonderful annoying, smart alec blogger with a proven track record record of exclusives, who accurately called the FBI a bunch of corrupt privacy invaders wasting the taxpayers' money (the male ego can be so fragile)

-or-

b) a company (Solyndra) loaned $500,000,000 of taxpayer money that will go bankrupt and not repay it, much like the annoying blogger in option "a" warned would fail WELL BEFORE IT HAPPENED.

I'm sure the American people would have chosen option "b" Solyndra over the irritating, smart alec blogger that didn't do anything to anyone. As usual, the FBI continues to pry into the lives of the wrong people, while the real trouble happens elsewhere.

My point? The taxpayer money you wasted watching writers like me and covering it up by hiding the Freedom of Information Act files that reveal it, you could have spent investigating Solyndra and stopped this waste of $500,000,000 in taxpayer money, before the damage was substantial. Personally, I'm offended.

A number of legal cases by unrelated litigants, filed all over the country and subsequently carried by many mainstream press outlets, reveals a pattern of abuse at the FBI, betraying a serious lack of ethics on the agency's part. It's to be expected that criminals will be investigated, but what happens when the FBI resorts to very underhanded and illegal tactics in doing so - and even worse - when these terrible practices are used against innocent people, falsely branded criminals.

What happens when innocent people's lives are irreparably destroyed, as seen in the Steven Hatfill case and many others. Hatfill is a scientist the FBI took the gloves off with, investigating him in an illegal and unethical manner, completely destroying his business and personal life and that of his family. He was later exonerated and sued the FBI for their abhorrent conduct, winning a multi-million dollar judgment.

If the FBI stuck to universally accepted investigative guidelines that do not violate human rights, such things would never happen. The accepted standard all over the world, when investigating suspected criminals, is to engage wiretaps and request personal and business files on the subject via a court order, utilize digital and paper forensics and conduct physical surveillance, in building a case. To do so, one must have proper probable cause to not only investigate, but bring charges.

However, the FBI has taken investigations to sick, unconscionable extremes. The FBI routinely gets very personal and very nasty when investigation people, via getting into their family life, among other things. The agency tries to turn people’s spouses, children and friends against them in very psychologically disturbing ways - issuing threats if they do not cooperate. There is something very insidious about law enforcement trying to mentally destroy people by sowing discord and division amongst spouses, their children and friends, in a sick game of divide and conquer.

It is unprofessional and sick and has nothing to do with good law enforcement procedures. This is compounded by the fact, many of the people being targeted have committed no crime, yet permanent damage is being inflicted on their lives, relationships and careers.

Many of these cases have to do with the FBI, White House or a member of Congress, attempting to settle a personal score with innocent citizens that LAWFULLY said or wrote something they did not like. Others have to do with the FBI trying to pin crimes on innocent people, seeking pansies to take the fall, in aiding the agency to fill arrest quotas, in order to look productive to Congress, in bids at extracting more of your tax dollars, which they often waste.

As legal documents have shown, the FBI also routinely ropes in other government agencies, such as the IRS and Social Security, among others, in abusing innocent people they investigate. It is an abuse of public office. Any individual that participates in such criminality against innocent people, which clearly violates the constitution, must be exposed to be public, fired, severely sued and imprisoned. Taxpayers do not pay your salaries for you to turn around and abuse innocent people. Public office should never be used to settle personal vendettas.

Recently, another case surfaced where the FBI and CIA, illegally investigated an American university professor, for writing a lawful article, questioning the legality of former president George W. Bush's policies. He simply exercised his constitutional right to free press and free speech, writing nothing unlawful or threatening and was abusively investigated by a power mad administration, for doing so.

A presidency is not meant for such abuses. It is petty, pathetic, unethical and financially costly (the nation cannot afford such wasteful expenditures). It was also a great waste of taxpayer money, but there are many cases like his and disgracefully so and the financial toll is devastating, via wasted resources and man-hours investigating innocent people. The professor is now suing.

The White House and U.S. Congress have allowed the 8-billion-dollar-a-year FBI to do the unthinkable, in conduct that not only affects American citizens, but people in other nations, when the invasive surveillance and abuses secretly reaches their shores, in violation of international law and is later exposed.

Nothing useful comes of this criminal misconduct on the FBI's part that is only adding an enormous amounts of unjustifiable debt to the national deficit. FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, has turned the FBI into a private police force, single-handedly adding billions to the national deficit with illegal investigations and wasteful programs that didn't amount to a hill of beans, yet Capitol Hill allowed it, to the detriment of the nation.

The FBI To Investigate Rupert Murdoch's News Corp

On orders from the U.S. Congress, the FBI is opening an investigation, into Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, in the wake of allegations and arrests in Britain, for illegal hacking and wiretapping of over 9,000 phone lines. Ironically, the FBI has been aware of News Corp's criminal misconduct from 2005, but elected to launch a cover up, as Murdoch is a billionaire deemed "too big to fail."

As such, the FBI has allowed a terrible crime spree, orchestrated by Murdoch and carried out by questionable private investigators and members of News Corp, to go unchallenged in America. Last week, an American police officer, went public with allegations that Murdoch tried to bribe him into getting the details of the phone calls and messages of September 11th terrorist attack victims, which is despicable. Murdoch did the same in Britain to 7/7 terrorist victims and separately, missing children, who were murdered.

However, Murdoch's News Corp, which is the parent company of Fox (American Idol), Fox News, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, to name a few, has unlawfully spied on many people in America, via illegal wiretapping and hacking, then criminally disseminated the contents on television and in print as scoops and exclusives.

As a Metropolitan Police officer told me in October 2005, when I first filed a formal complaint reporting Murdoch's companies, for criminally hacking and illegally wiretapping me, in conjunction with Madonna, thus unintentionally breaking the story first, "Don't hold your breath regarding the FBI" further stating they are not good on such cases and significant sums of money is usual a factor in their decision making. Since that time, I have found it to be true.

Where the Metropolitan Police made its first arrests, regarding Murdoch's staff, six months after I filed my complaint on October 17, 2005, the FBI did exactly what the Met said they would - nothing - which allowed serious criminal misconduct to mushroom.

Since 2005, I have found the FBI to be the most corrupt and treacherous law enforcement agency in existence that takes bribes. As stated before, my best source of site exclusives that have been proven true time after time, informed me that Robert S. Mueller took a massive bribe from Madonna, to sweep this sick case, that also involves Murdoch, under the rug.

But the FBI has a serious corruption problem and at the expense of the public's health. The recent capture of mobster and FBI informant, James "Whitey" Bulger, has brought to light the fact, the FBI acted improperly in a case that led to the murder of many innocent civilians. The FBI deliberately let a known criminal and murderer run loose, to the public's detriment, as he murdered 17 people.

The FBI even gave Bugler a heads up, in conduct that led to the murder of an innocent fisherman, which is completely inexcusable. They've also refused to make amends, having a financial judgment against them for criminal negligence in the death of one of Bulger's victims, thrown out of court.

The production companies and distributors made millions, as the FBI looked the other way. This wait and see policy the FBI operates under, has caused many a national and world crisis, resulting in the deaths of many innocent people, due to the agency's criminal negligence.

Currently, the FBI is investigating the case of 15-year-old runaway, Charrida Smalley, who was exploited in a vile manner by Miami company RK Medianet, for a very graphic pornographic film, also starring a 24-year-old bisexual male.

RK Medianet, which also goes by the name Reality Kings, charged $1 per viewing on the internet for the sick child porn titled "C*m Fiesta." Privacy advocates are up in arms over the FBI's newly announced investigative rules, as documented in their revised "Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide." The FBI has undertaken an invasive initiative, in an extraordinary power grab that openly defies the U.S. constitution.

FBI headquarters has stated, they have granted agents the ability to summarily and secretly investigate whomever they feel like, if the target attracts their attention. That is the language being used. Therefore, to clarify, one does not have to commit a crime to be invasively investigated. There need be no evidence or probable cause. One simply has to attract the FBI's attention with lawful or unlawful behavior.

One of the new categories that have been added to the FBI's operations manual, is the classification "prominent bloggers" - a term the Judiciary Report used on this website, prior to the agency's announcement (May 19, 2011's Obama's Relationship With Google Under Fire Over Blocking Free Speech And Free Press and in the 2009 Aisha v. FBI lawsuit in paragraph 9).

The FBI has deemed "prominent bloggers" will be included as members of the media, with alleged protections. As the Judiciary Report and other sites see it, the FBI has illegally done away with the Fourth Amendment. Therefore, what protections can there be in the face of such lawlessness and hypocrisy.

The Judiciary Report has broken a number of scandals regarding the FBI that were later proven 100% true. The site knows exactly how the FBI operates and is not impressed with the agency's disregard for domestic and international law.

In light of this fact, the site can attest, the FBI's latest legal push is a farce, as they have been doing this form of illegal spying for sometime and are simply trying to make it legal now, by pretending it is something new they've just decided upon.

It can only be classified as voyeurism and it is perverse.

As seen throughout the term of current FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, the agency is destroying the populace's privacy. Mueller has returned the agency to the clandestine and corrupt days of J. Edgar Hoover, where extraordinary privacy abuses occurred that victimized many people, in ways world history never forgot. This time it is going to bring the agency down, as they've already gone too far in deeds they have secretly engaged in, that when made public will cause a worldwide uproar.

Tuesday, 14 June 2011 12:45 - The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing a new edition of its manual, the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide, the New York Times reports. The 2011 edition, the paper says, gives “significant new powers” to FBI agents, allowing them “to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.” Read that again: “... people who have attracted their attention.”

Not just those suspected of actual crimes, but anyone an FBI agent feels like investigating, is now fair game under the agency’s official guidelines. As a matter of fact, FBI general counsel Valerie Caproni (left) “rejected arguments that the FBI should focus only on investigations that begin with a firm reason for suspecting wrongdoing,” according to the Times. In other words, Caproni dismissed the Fourth Amendment, which requires the government to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before searching a person’s body, house, or other possessions....

Second, and more ominously, only certain members of the news media and the academic community are singled out for kid-glove treatment. “Prominent bloggers would count,” the Times avers, “but not people who have low-profile blogs.” Prominent bloggers, of course, tend to be affiliated with the mainstream media, who are nothing if not friends of the government. Furthermore, they would have the ability to draw attention to an FBI investigation of themselves that they knew to be politically motivated.

Low-profile bloggers, on the other hand, have no such friends in Washington, would largely be ignored if they complained of being investigated, and — perhaps most importantly — don’t have the wherewithal to hire high-powered attorneys to defend them against unethical investigations. Likewise, scholars who work for U.S.-based institutions are covered, while foreigners, whose plight in the case of an unwarranted FBI investigation would get scant attention in the U.S. news media and even less sympathy from most Americans, can be investigated with little oversight...

According to constitutional scholars, U.S. President Barack Obama's attempt at extending the term of failure prone, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, is unconstitutional. As many writers have publicly expressed, for President Obama to dubiously assert he has been unable to find a suitable replacement for Mueller over the past 2 and a 1/2 years, is questionable and highly unlikely.

It is also an insult to America, as there are many qualified men and women in the nation, who could adequately fill the post and more importantly, bring some measure of justice, fairness, oversight and stability to the FBI, which it sorely lacks.

Mueller has the disgraceful distinction of being sued more times than any other FBI Director in U.S. history and it is due to his corrupt ways, racist beliefs, retaliatory conduct and acts of sheer treachery, when it comes to the rights and privacy of innocent people.

However, President Obama has a special arrangement with Mueller, who introduced him to a terrible breed of unconstitutional spying, as seen during the Bush Administration. Obama does not want to give up the unconstitutional and invasive investigative reports Mueller has been conducting against innocent people, as favors to the president, select politicians in Congress and wealthy individuals in the corporate sector and that is at the heart of the issue, in challenging established law regarding term limits, in such an extraordinary fashion.

On Wednesday morning, as Politico reporter Josh Gerstein noted in this piece, UVA law professor John Harrison testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the legislation endorsed by the White House to extend Mueller’s term might be constitutionally flawed. The reason: it would effectively allow Congress the power to install Mueller into the seat, a power reserved for the president by the constitution’s appointments clause.

“A statute like S. 1103 would, in a situation in which an office otherwise would be vacant, cause a particular individual through a legal act of Congress to hold that office . . . that is an appointment and that is something that Congress cannot do, that has to be done through the appointments clause.”...

According to the World Daily News website, "document-imaging expert" Doug Vogtan, has filed documents with the FBI, stating the long form birth certificate, President Barack Obama, presented on April 27, 2011, is a forgery created with Adobe software.

Vogtan concurs with other digital document experts in stating, it was allegedly done, via creating a composite of several birth certificates, belonging to other people, from the state of Hawaii. In a separate claim, the website www.obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com, alleges the foundation of Obama's document comes from that of a deceased baby's birth certificate in Hawaii, who born at the same time he was in Kenya, Africa.

It is going to be a wee bit difficult for Weiner to deny it. It does not help that he refused to deny the photo is of his family jewels. Weiner originally stated his Twitter account was hacked and the photo was maliciously sent to Cordova to publicly discredit him. Now that it is being stated the lewd photo came straight from Weiner's Blackberry, this implicates the congressman in a new way - allegedly transmitting obscene images over the internet and phone.

By law, the FBI is supposed to investigate the matter, but have refused to comment on the case or responsibly answer Bill O'Reilly's ultimatum in a timely fashion. Why they are refusing to brief the public on the matter, looks suspicious, like they are hiding something.

This adds to the public view, the FBI is a corrupt and clandestine agency that believes it does not have to answer to anyone. It's J. Edgar Hoover all over again. Such behavior is inappropriate in a democracy. Remember, it's government for the people by the people. The FBI is not to run as a dictatorship.
