Reports Indicate Rupert Murdoch And Family To Lose Billions Due To Phone Hacking Scandal

Reports in the press indicate, News International/News Corp, run by crooked, Rupert Murdoch and his equally greedy and sinister offspring, is set to lose billions from the ongoing phone hacking scandal. The Murdoch family is operating under the belief, the scandal will blow over in a few months, while he works to corrupt the FBI, as he did the Metropolitan Police in Britain, in attempts at blocking the case from going mainstream.

One of Murdoch’s top executives and editors, Rebekah Brooks, publicly bragged that the company routinely bribed police officers (Rupert Murdoch Executive Admitted To Bribing The Metropolitan Police (Video). This in connection with the fact the Metropolitan Police already arrested one of their own police officers last week, should tell Murdoch this case is not something people are going to forget.

This case has revealed to the world how prevalent criminal invasion of privacy has become in the news and entertainment world and that it not only affects select public figures, but private citizens as well. It is not going to be business as usual anymore, as Murdoch’s family’s name and that of their company is gone for good with the public.

As revealed by a former Fox News employee, News Corp maintains an illegal hacking and wiretapping division, as do others in their circle, such as Kabbalah, whose arrogance, cockiness and carelessness, caused the case to go public in the first place (yet amazingly, they have not stopped the criminal behavior).

These people have perversely and insidiously violated people in ways the public cannot begin to fathom, as the case is still unfolding. The FBI in America are sitting on terrible evidence of serious criminal misconduct in this regard, in support of wealthy criminals, such as Murdoch. This is not what the taxpayers pay their salaries for them to do.

Last week, the arrest of one of Murdoch’s journalists that was living and working in America, whilst committing serious crimes, once again should signal to the world that criminal violations of not only British law, but American statutes as well, transpired in this sordid tale of greed, callousness and perversion. International laws in Australia, Canada and the Caribbean, have been flagrantly violated by News International/News Corp as well.

When you begin hacking and wiretapping the phones of deceased children that died as victims of brutal crimes, each and every hacker, wiretapper, private investigator and executive, needs to be rounded up like the criminals they are and locked away for being a menace to society. This conduct is inexcusable. Add computer hacking, stalking and burglary to the charge and you gain a clearer picture of a set of people that have become so sick, they’ve defied every societal law set in place to protect the public.

The Murdochs and their coconspirators, have committed enough crimes against the public, to wipe out their illegally made fortunes via lawsuits, fines and penalties. They need to be removed from News Corp stat and arrested, so as to prevent the total collapse of the company, which would leave many people out of work during a global financial crisis. If they remain, they are going to take the company down with them. It is only a matter of time - when, not if.

It is because of people like the Murdochs that the world is mired in a financial crisis - individuals and companies that do not believe they are to follow the law or rules of society. People that believe they are to bribe those in authority to engage in and get away with the unconscionable and unthinkable. Those that believe they are to steal from others, destroy people’s companies to pillage their assets and exploit the public in horrible ways, all in the name of getting rich. Well, for that, they should be made poor. The public is not going to be satisfied until the Murdochs get locked up.

Another arrest has been made in the News International/News Corp phone hacking scandal. An unnamed police constable (officer) with the Metropolitan Police, has been arrested for taking bribes and leaking protected information to News International/News Corp.

Two senior police officials have already resigned under the current scandal. It's a sad day for Scotland Yard and the Metropolitan Police that Rupert Murdoch and his corrupt companies have brought the force to this juncture, but such conduct cannot be tolerated. Two more employees of Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in London, England on charges of phone hacking. Over a dozen employees have been arrested for illegally intercepting phone calls of celebrities, politicians and murdered school children, then publishing it in their papers and broadcasting it on their networks, for undue financial gain.

Former News International/News Corp employee, Clive Goodman, who was originally arrested in 2006, after my 2005 complaint to the police, was among the first legal casualties in the scandal. Goodman is now the source of a very incriminating letter the British Parliament released to the public this week.

The letter reveals widespread use of illegal phone hacking at News International/News Corp. It also details the claim that Goodman was promised he could keep his job, even whilst incarcerated for months, if he did not snitch on other people at the company, engaging in criminal wiretapping, among other things. Goodman was fired anyway and sued for wrongful dismissal.

Murdoch's lawyers are also distancing themselves from him, publicly stating the infamous family lied in Parliament, regarding phone hacking. The famous London entertainment law firm, Harbottle & Lewis, who represented Murdoch and News International in a number of matters, is now giving Parliament tips on the exact questions to ask, in order to unmask the criminal activity transpiring at the company.

Parliament has also been pointed in the direction of another London law firm Murdoch's News Corp retained, Burton & Copeland. High profile lawyers and analysts have been publicly warning law firms not to assist Murdoch and company in a cover-up, as the legal consequences to their reputations and freedom could be quite great.

There exists irrefutable evidence the Murdochs and News International/News Corp, did exactly what they are accused of, in the way of lawbreaking and it is only a matter of time before it all becomes public knowledge.

What have they got to hide, you know, other than illegal wiretapping, hacking and aggravated stalking. The Murdochs are not business people. They've shown themselves to be a family of out right criminals. Such individuals do not belong in the corporate world, as they are a menace to society.

Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, is under criminal investigation by the Metropolitan Police, for not just "phone hacking" but computer hacking as well, in a case titled "Operation Tuleta." It has been discovered that a number of people have been hacked by News International/News Corp, via computer intrusion, which also encompassed illegally prying into emails as well.

This week, several publications have written in detail of a software trojan, News International/News Corp, used to illegally access the computers of politicians, celebrities and victims of crime. A member of Parliament was hacked in 2006 and a private photo he had taken with his mistress, was illegally copied via hacking and published in Murdoch's newspapers as a scoop regarding the extramarital affair. This conduct was completely illegal, as hacking is a crime. This month, attorneys are now publicly stating they have famous clients, who were hacked by News International/News Corp as well.

Article Background: In 2005, the complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police regarding News International/News Corp, formally accused them of illegal wiretapping and computer hacking. Six months later in 2006, two News/International/News Corp employees were arrested for illegal wiretapping and phone hacking.

My unpublished articles I'd written for my websites, were being hacked and copied from my computers and emails, then published in News International papers as scoops and exclusives. Items I privately discussed over the phone with musically and politically connected people, were also used in later published News International articles VERBATIM as they had been spoken over the phone days prior. Preexisting, unpublished, Library of Congress copyrighted music and films I authored that were stored on my computers, were illegally copied and later used by Rupert Murdoch's Fox and 20th Century Fox (News Corp), among others, for profit.

Firefighters battling a blaze in England, where buildings have been set on fire by rioters

The riots that have taken a hold of London, England and now northern city, Manchester, England, have gone on for four nights in a row. The trouble began when a senior police official refused to speak to a community activist and the family of a slain man, Mark Duggan, who was killed in a taxi cab by an officer. What began as a peaceful protest in Tottenham, East London, turned into full on riots, where buildings were looted and set on fire. Vehicles were also torched.

The police are going to have to work on how they interact with the populace, especially young Britons, who feel they are being targeted. Regrettably, with the police's credibility with the public at an all time low, thanks to revelations in the News International/News Corp phone hacking scandal, tensions have boiled over, as the average citizen, once again, especially young males, believe they are not being treated fairly.

Many young and old people are out of work, due to the global economic downturn, which began in America. The British economy has begun to show growth, on its way to a recovery. Due to university cuts, some that wish to go to school, can't afford to do so.

The former managing editor of News of the World, Stuart Kuttner, 71, was arrested yesterday by the Metropolitan Police in London, England, for his role in the scandal. Kuttner worked at News of the World for 22-years, before it was unceremoniously shuttered last month.

The Met Police and its parent agency, Scotland Yard, have expanded the criminal investigation into Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, to include computer hacking. As I have maintained for years, with digital and written proof from computer experts, Murdoch's companies specialize in hacking and wiretapping.

The egregious misdeeds of pop singer, Madonna, who is affiliated with the Murdoch family through Kabbalah and clearly established financial ties of a very questionable and illegal nature, alerted me to this fact when I was hacked and the preexisting, Library of Congress copyrighted contents of my business computers, were illegally copied and used, prompting me to file a formal complaint against her and the aforementioned companies with the Metropolitan Police. Madonna, who lives in America and Britain, has committed extensive crimes in the scandal on both nations' shores and continues to do so.

Loose cannon, Madonna, brought this mess on News International/News Corp with her arrogance, over the top conduct, braggadocios behavior and inability to know when to quit, drawing attention to her crimes, in tandem with theirs, which led to the formal complaint being filed.

Based on the criminal misdeeds I and others have witnessed come out of Madonna, Hollywood (News Corp included), the BBC and E4, it is clear phone hacking, wiretapping and hacking, among other things, has become the new corporate model, in the name of undue financial profits and criminally so.

The arrogance of it all, that people think they can do such things, is baffling. I do not claim to understand such brazen, unrepentant criminality. It is undiluted, barefaced greed and unprovoked ill-will of the worst nature.

It is disgraceful and quite appalling that some companies choose to run their businesses in such an illegal, dishonest, intrusive manner, anchored on unadulterated perversion, as it betrays an extremely poor work ethic, worthy of the highest criminal prosecution.

Privacy is gone, people. It has been ripped away from us, by the barbarians among us. Certain people in the corporate sector that can only be classed as the lowest common denominator, as they clearly think such sick conduct is acceptable human behavior. Why else would they do it. They are also individuals without conscience or ethics that believe they are to criminally profit from people's suffering, misery and bereavement.

The head of the Association of Chief Police Officers, Sir Hugh Orde, has slammed News International/News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, for not taking responsibility for the phone hacking scandal engulfing his company. Murdoch went into the British Parliament last week, lied through his dentures and flatly told the MPs questioning him, that he bears no responsibility for the thoroughly criminal acts that transpired at News International/News Corp, against thousands of people for profit.

Murdoch biographer, Michael Wolff, also refuted the testimony the CEO gave before Parliament, stating he lied about the infrequency with which he spoke to editors of his newspapers. Initially, Murdoch stated he speaks to his editors once a week. When an MP refuted his statement, Murdoch changed his answer to, "Once a month." However, Wolff, stated in his semi-autobiographical book on Murdoch and to the press this week, the CEO speaks to his editors on a daily basis and is fully abreast of everything that goes on at his newspapers. Murdoch has been caught in another lie.

Biographer: Murdoch talked to his editors more than he admits

Wednesday, 27 July 2011 - Michael Wolff, Rupert Murdoch's biographer, says that in the time the pair spent together he was in regular contact with senior staff at his British papers. Rupert Murdoch had far more frequent and hands-on contact with his London tabloid editors than he admitted in his evidence to MPs last week, his biographer claimed yesterday.

Michael Wolff, who recorded more than 60 hours of interviews with Mr Murdoch for his semi-authorised biography, said the News Corp chairman and chief executive would spend "up to half his day" involved with his newspapers and would speak regularly to London-based editors about stories they were planning to run...

Rupert Murdoch shirking responsibility over phone hacking, says police chief

Sunday 24 July 2011 20.56 BST - Sir Hugh Orde, the president of the Association of Chief Police Officers, has lambasted Rupert Murdoch, saying the chairman of News Corporation had shown a complete denial of responsibility for what had gone on in his company...

Speaking on the BBC's Andrew Marr programme, Orde said "You saw the chief officer of the police service of this country, Sir Paul Stephenson, saying, 'Look this happened on my watch. I am responsible. I am therefore … It's on my watch. I am resigning.' Compare that to Rupert Murdoch – complete denial of any responsibility of his organisation."

Writing in Jane's Police Review at the weekend, Orde said: "What we have seen over the last few days is police officers standing up, explaining their actions and decisions and being held to account for them. Across the country, in serving our communities, police officers expect to have to do no less. "It is a stark contrast to the way in which others have sought to meet their responsibilities."...

Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival And Stealing The Contents Of Their Business Computers

In 2005, U.S. Senator, Frank Lautenberg, privately wrote to the FBI, in his official capacity as a lawmaker, referring a computer intrusion, copyright infringement and trade secret theft case, regarding a company in New Jersey called, Floorgraphics, which was hacked by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.

The FBI looked the other way to the complaint and crimes being committed, due to bribery and their belief that major corporations can commit any crime they want with impunity. It has been confirmed in London that News International/News Corp bribed officers in the Metropolitan Police. They were not the only ones, as the FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, took a bribe as well.

News Corp criminally broke into Floorgraphics' computer systems to steal. They hacked, then copied the entire contents of Floorgraphics' business computers and used the propriety, copyrighted data contained therein for financial gain in commerce.

After stealing the company's copyrighted products and databases via hacking, News Corp, then went about destroying Floorgraphics, via a smear campaign, which included maligning the company's executives to the public, destroying its business equipment and paying and in some cases, threatening people and companies not to do business with them. In short, News Corp had arrogantly stolen the smaller company's business products and data and now wanted them gone.

In 2009, Floorgraphics, went public with the story, via suing News Corp, as the FBI had looked the other way to the felonious crimes being committed against the company, which in itself, constitutes felonies by the law enforcement agency. The civil case, that should have been a criminal filing, was rocky, settled for less than it should have been, reopened, then declined by sitting judge, also known as corruption.

This month, U.S. Senator Lautenberg, this time made public a second letter he has written to the FBI and DOJ, demanding they reopen the Floorgraphics case. It remains to be seen if the FBI/DOJ will or continue down the corrupt path they've tread for years, to the public's detriment.

The aforementioned story should sound very familiar to my readers, as it is the exact same thing that happened to me, due to Madonna and News Corp, criminally hacking my computers, which I reported to the FBI in 2005.

I also filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police in October 2005 (formal complaint), who took the information and did actually make two arrests six months later. However, in October 2005, the Met Police said due to the fact I am on U.S. shores, my case is in the FBI's jurisdiction, but don't hold my breath, because the FBI is not very good with these cases and the sum of money involved in the case would be a factor.

Two weeks later in November 2005, the FBI told me they would investigate, but along the way, took a bribe, as told to me by the source of many of my exclusives that have later proven true. Sadly, the Metropolitan Police is now on the hot seat for taking bribes in the same News International/News Corp case, as revealed in the mainstream British press. I do give them credit that they did at least make some arrests, though they could have done more, but as a person of British lineage, I am disappointed that they let criminals like Murdoch and Madonna destroy their name. It could not have been worth it.

In 2009, I sued under the Freedom of Information Act (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case) to obtain the results of the FBI's investigation and any other files being kept regarding me, but the judge in the case, Jose E. Martinez, who used to work for the FBI's parent agency, the DOJ, corruptly granted the FBI "sovereign immunity" which is a fancy way of saying a nation's government can commit any crimes it wants to against citizens and be allowed this despicable privilege, as it is sovereign. When federal judges issue such corrupt rulings, the government should embrace the fact it has lost all credibility in the world and should stop lecturing domestic citizens and foreign governments on how to behave and follow the law.

Even if the FBI/DOJ did not want to pay damages, which under the law they are supposed to, due to the lasting damage (I became deathly ill with a brain hemorrhage from being harassed and terrorized) and massive loss (a fortune in copyrights stolen) their unlawful conduct facilitated, during Obama's so-called era of transparency, why didn't they release the legally requested files under the Freedom of Information Act.

The law says they are supposed to but they did not. Why hide the FOIA files, which they admitted in writing exist, but repeatedly refused to release. What are they hiding (rhetorical). You call that transparency? I call that blatant hypocrisy, lawbreaking, bribery and obstruction of justice. The contents of the files show the crimes Madonna, News Corp and ironically, the FBI committed, via aiding and abetting criminals.

Even the scum bucket assistant U.S. attorney they assigned the case in Miami, nastily informed in a written motion that the U.S. Civil Rights Act did not give black people equal rights under the law in America and thus the FBI did not violate it by discriminating against me in the case in not bringing justice. That's the kind of arrogance and evil emanating from Obama's FBI/DOJ.

The most ironic part of their misconduct is the FBI/DOJ and assistant U.S. Attorney in Miami, being smug and cocky about their conduct in legal filings, because they basically own the judge, yet it ended up costing Obama and his fellow Democrats votes in the 2010 election. I wrote many articles online, decrying their conduct, in the lead up to the 2010 election that reached millions of voters. People got to witness the case being filed and corrupted by Obama's FBI/DOJ, who had promised to run a clean organization, but as the case showed, did not. Looking forward to the 2012 election.

When you corruptly and deliberately look the other way to cases such as mine and that of Floorgraphics (and I know there are more) you send the nation and the world the unforgettable message the government is illegally aiding and abetting large corporations in stealing the hard earned property and proprietary assets of smaller companies, which in essence, is criminally nationalizing people's property, as America is supposed to be a democracy. Nationalizing hardworking citizens' property against their will is only legal in socialist and communists governments. You think about that, while you do your level best to ignore the Constitution.

As I see it, I warned you in writing and during the two interviews at the FBI's office in Miami, that Madonna/Kabbalah and her cronies at News Corp, were violating people through illegal wiretapping, hacking and corporate theft, among other things, but you looked the other way, to the point many other innocent people, among them children, were violated by this invasive form of spying.

None of you deserve to be in office, as you failed the people across the board, due to bribery and campaign donations. In 2012, you deserve to lose by a landslide, because you knew of the crimes and abuses and looked the other way.

British MP, Tom Watson, has stated in a video interview, the recent allegation by News International/News Corp employees, stating James Murdoch lied in the British Parliament, regarding not knowing about phone hacking transpiring at the company, will be referred to the Metropolitan Police for criminal investigation. In short, CEO Rupert Murdoch's son and heir apparent, has been caught in a blatant lie.

Attempting to "pervert the course of justice" by "lying under oath" as it is called in America, is a serious criminal offense. In 2003, former News International/News Corp executive and journalist, Rebekha Brooks, clearly stated in the British Parliament, "We have paid the police for information in the past" with former co-worker and fellow arrestee Andy Coulson chiming in that they did so "within the law."

During yesterday's hearing, gone was Brooks' arrogance from her previous jaunt in Parliament, replaced by denials that completely contradict Brooks' 2003 testimony, as she stated this week, "I can say that I have never paid a policeman myself. I've never sanctioned or knowingly sanctioned a payment to a police officer." Right (sarcasm).

Side Bar: I must ask, because your statements are so preposterous, when and in what nation of the world is it legal, to bribe police officers for information. Exactly what planet are you and News Corp on. I know you are aware that paying police officers for information equals a bribe, which indicates conduct lacking ethics, transparency and legality. It is commonsense that if you have to pay police officers for information it means you should not acquire possession of the data you seek.

Brooks' original hearing 8-years ago, grants the public the ability to now fast-forward and view what the failure to clamp down on Rupert Murdoch's evil empire in 2003, has morph into, via a horrific scandal that has so violated the innocent people, including missing children that were later found murdered, it defies comprehension that any company could be so sick, wicked and greedy.
