Shaunie O’Neal Gives The Impression She Is Clueless About Evelyn Lozada’s Announced Departure From Basketball Wives

"Basketball Wives" producer, Shaunie O’Neal, made an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show and seemed to be denying all responsibility for the content of the contentious, sexually charged show, by stating she has simply brought women of different types together (also known as a pimp). That's like saying you brought several tigers together, let them loose, but you are somehow not responsible for the damage that ensued. Give it up, Shaunie Springer. This is your fault.

On another note, O'Neal denies all knowledge of costar, Evelyn Lozada, leaving "Basketball Wives." O'Neal said Lozada told her no such thing (uh, but she told everybody else on Twitter - check your timeline). It gives the impression that Lozada's announcement was another publicity stunt for ratings to see if she will come back and more money, via another salary increase. She received a raise last time she threw the same tantrum. Either way, she is the star of the show.

Evelyn Lozada

I'll give the women on the show credit, they are all naturally pretty and that's something money can't buy, because Hollywood has some freak shows of bad plastic surgery, bad hairdos, bad make-up and bad clothes running around. These women have their look together. While it is refreshing to see women on television, whose faces are not jacked from bad plastic surgery, there is too much fighting and cussing on "Basketball Wives." Some may like it, but some do not.

Kim Kardashian Wearing White In Her Wedding Photos Is…

Quite Generous Under The Circumstances, At Least According To Tradition

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

When people think of brides wearing white, they associate it with purity and virtue. However, all the public seems to be posting about reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, is how her husband, basketball player, Kris Humphries, could have married her, knowing about the well-publicized sex tape she is featured on, reportedly performing oral sex on rapper Ray J, who also relieves himself by urinating on her.

I have not seen the tape and have no intention of doing so, but it really was wrong for Ray J, to unleash this on the world, especially for profit. They are now porn stars as a result. It was also wrong of Kardashian to pose in Playboy, profiting from said infamy. I’m sure many are snickering about her wearing white to her wedding, which is a sad indictment of life in Hollywood, as lasciviousness and promiscuity are the norm there.

My point? Women, especially young, impressionable ones, need not follow in Kardashian’s footsteps, getting used by men, who will exploit, then insult you once they get what they want. Value yourself more than to let people take you for granted. Don’t make a spectacle of yourself to become famous, because that wears off very fast and you will be left with emotional and mental hang ups and a ton of bad memories from being mistreated and misused.

The Kardashian Sisters Mocked Behind Their Backs On National TV By News Anchor

He Was Bored Out Of His Mind With The Reality Stars And Their Clothes

Kim Kardashian and her sister, Courtney Kardashian, were mocked on national television, by a news anchor, who did not think very much of their fashion line or answers during an interview. The sisters were on the news to promote the Kardashian Kollection (really, what does that family have against the letter "c").

The cast of the 1980s show "Dynasty"

The clothes, which aren't the best designed in the world, to put it mildly, went overboard with the shoulder pads and loud colors, like a 1980s episode of the show "Dynasty" was brought back to life and funneled into their clothing line. Some styles are best left in the 80s. It's a regrettable fact, 99% of celebrity clothing lines are bad and quietly laughed at by seasoned professionals in the fashion industry.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Star’s Ex-Husband Is A Child Molester

…And Is In Prison For Said Crimes Against A Young Girl

Kim Zolciak

According to Radar Online, Daniel Dominic Toce, the ex-husband of "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak, is in prison for child molestation, regarding a 15-year-old girl. Toce is also the dad of Zolciak’s two girls, who have been featured on the notorious reality show.

Kim Zolciak and her daughters

It must be very difficult for her children knowing their dad is in prison and on such serious charges involving a minor. Now that it has become public knowledge, kids at school may make fun of or bully them over it as well, but should not. They cannot be blamed for what their dad did. They should not blame themselves either.

Hmm I Wonder If That Onscreen Beatdown Had Anything To Do With It

Meeka Claxton

Meeka Claxton, wife of former NBA basketball player, Speedy Claxton, has left the reality show "Basketball Wives" after being attacked on the program. Claxton had joined the third series of the VH-1 brawlfest of a show this summer.

Tami Roman

What’s wrong boo boo. Don’t like getting hit in your head by welterweight champion Tami Roman. Don’t like getting your extensions snatched out and your skin scratched up in the tussle, with a side order of contusions and possible concussion. People need head gear and a plate of armor going on that show.

Basketball Wives

Claxton has sued Roman in court, over the televised assault in Italy, which aired on the show in August. The fight was not pretty and neither is the lawsuit.

The star of VH-1's "Basketball Wives" Bronx native turned Miami resident, Evelyn Lozada, is leaving the show in a huff. Lozada is enraged that the network posted a blog containing a rumor that she cheated on her fiancé, NFL football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, with another athlete from the league, Terrell Owens.

Terrell Owens and Evelyn Lozada

Lozada has threatened to leave the "Basketball Wives" before, but went back for a salary increase. Apparently, she is above that now and is adamant she will not come back, as she deemed the rumor a lie. Lozada gets pretty touchy when it comes to Johnson.

Paris Hilton's Reality Show Is Cancelled

Poor Ratings Cited As The Cause Of Cancellation

Paris Hilton

Hollywood heiress heirhead, Paris Hilton, who was once famous for a deliberately leaked sex tape, is looking into the toilet today and not just because she's probably drunk with a hangover, but due to the fact that's where her careers is sinking at the present moment, circling the bowl like the Ty-D-Bol man.

Her latest reality show "The World According To Paris Hilton" has been unceremoniously cancelled by cable network, Oxygen, for exceptionally poor ratings. The show averaged 400,000 viewers per episode, which once again, is less than a number of pop culture blogs' readership, but at one hundred thousand times the budget. When ratings are that low, it doesn't make sense to even turn on the camera. I'd leave the lens cap on and patronizingly nod at her like the camera was filming.

When infomercials are pulling in higher ratings than you do on television, it's time to give it a rest. That's what Hilton gets for not having a massive, constantly publicized, nouveau riche wedding and butt implants that requires two surgeons to put them in.

It's official, Hilton's time in the spotlight is over. She has become a pop culture relic. Considering the negative influence Hilton's had on young girls, teaching them by example to be n-word issuing, sexually promiscuous, STD transmitting, publicity hungry, pot smoking, coke snorting exhibitionists, this is for the best. With so many gifted people out there, networks need to do better to present more positive images to the public. The talent is out there, but regrettably, it is who you know and whether they can get you on television or radio.

Hollywood Walk Of Fame Has Banned Reality Stars

People In The Genre Are Upset

The Kardashians

The Hollywood Walk of Fame committee has banned reality television stars from the famous tourist attraction. They are now ineligible to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Stars in the genre are upset by the decision, deeming it an insult, as they see themselves as real actors and actresses.

Jersey Shore

However, they must realize, reality television is not real acting. They are not thespians. Some study for many years to become an actor or actress. It really is not the same thing as being yourself in front of a camera on a show that is put together in a sensational manner by a production crew, as reality TV is formulated to be. Think about it, would you give Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian or Snooki an Oscar. No, as what they do is not real acting.

Is Kim Kardashian Ready For Children

Is The Reality Star Considering Having Kids

Kim Kardashian and nephew Mason

Is reality TV star Kim Kardashian ready for children. Judging by the way she is looking at her nephew in the picture posted above, like he’s a poop bomb waiting to happen, one wonders. Would Kardashian be any good at changing diapers (nappies) or would she hire a nanny.

Many insist her marriage last week to NBA New Jersey Nets’ basketball player, Kris Humphries, was all for money and ratings, due to the sheer number of financial deals she has made in her career, in exchange for exposing her private life to the world.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

Children are a big responsibility that require a lot of attention, but they are also wonderful. Well, at least that’s what my friends tell me about their little screaming, snot-nosed, Chucky Cheese visiting, cartoon watching rug rats (only teasing).

Side Bar: With Kardashian's infamous backside, she could give her child piggy back rides and the toddler would literally have something to comfortably stand on (her behind).

Russell Armstrong Given Pill Before His Suicide

Russell Armstrong and Taylor Armstrong

The website TMZ is reporting, reality star, Russell Armstrong, who was pronounced dead in Los Angeles after hanging himself, requested a Xanax anti-anxiety pill from an actor, in the days leading up to his death. When Armstrong reportedly called to request more Xanax from the actor, he refused to supply him with any more of the pharmaceutical drug, for fear it would lead to abuse.

Xanax and certain other drugs in its class, such as anti-depressants, used to treat mood disorders or depression, can promote intense thoughts of suicide. This is an established medical fact. Furthermore, it is recommended that patients be weaned off the aforementioned type pharmaceutical drugs (gradually decreasing dosages), rather than abruptly stopping all dosages, as it can lead to worse side effects that resemble drug withdrawal and increased depression.

Once again, suicide is not the answer. It is best to be placed on a proper treatment plan by medical professionals, who can monitor your health and frame of mind, rather than resorting to self-medicating.

Spouse Of Star On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Kills Himself

Massive Debt And A Tell-All Regrettably Prove His Undoing

Russell Armstrong and Taylor Armstrong

Russell Armstrong, 47, the husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Taylor Armstrong, was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment. Police report Armstrong hanged himself. The couple had been going through a stressful divorce, which was exacerbated by mounting debts, lawsuits and a forthcoming tell-all, which proved too much for Armstrong.

The Bravo network's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is supposed to expose the public to a lifestyle of wealth and glamour. However, more often than not, the public finds out the individuals on the "Real Housewives" reality series, are keeping up appearances, facing significant debt and nowhere as wealthy as the show makes them out to be. Many of the shows' stars are in foreclosure, eviction and or bankruptcy.

It's a shame Armstrong took his life. Money and material things are not worth dying for. Money does not define you. Faith and family are what matter. You can recover from financial setbacks. Think rationally and make positive changes to get things back on track. You aren't the first person to experience financial trouble and you won't be the last. There's no shame in that.

We live in difficult economic times. Many people are experiencing financial troubles, but the public must keep things in perspective and realize suicide is not the answer.

Basketball Wives Season Ends On A Bad Note

Drink Throwing Couple Attack Each Other

"Basketball Wives" cast

The current season of VH-1's "Basketball Wives" ended on a bad note, with Jennifer Williams, wife of retired NBA player, Eric Williams, throwing a drink on the back of his shirt as he walked away. He momentarily returned and forcefully threw a glass of alcohol in her face, which was a direct hit.

Shaunie O'Neal

However, due to producer Shaunie O'Neal only releasing a selectively edited clip of the incident last week, people did not get the full story. Not that it changes the Judiciary Report's view that Eric Williams went too far. He also provoked his soon to be ex-wife, at least if she has her way, in calling her "nothing" and stating no one will want her in three years when she turns 40. He's getting older as well, which makes said comment all the more ironic.

Tami Roman

Turning 40 does not make a woman unattractive. Look at Halle Berry, she's 44-years of age and putting women in their 20s to shame. Same goes for model Christie Brinkley, who is in her 50s. If one takes care of one's self, there's no reason one cannot look gorgeous at any age.

Eric Williams throws drink on Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams was wrong to throw a drink at her husband, but his behavior was worse and sparked the incident to begin with. It's a shame they couldn't work out the problems in their marriage. In the beginning of the series, it seemed as if he couldn't wait for her to call the divorce lawyer, but then it reversed.

Warning: Graphic Language

Jennifer Williams found someone else, had a very cruel divorce party with a mean cake, featuring a confectionery version of herself, holding Eric Williams' severed. She also began stabbing an item on the cake representing her husband's genitals. Yes, he did cheat on her, which is wrong, but her conduct at the party was overkill, especially with her new, younger boyfriend.

Basketball Wives LA To Make Its Debut This Month

Will The Show Sprout Lawsuits From NBA Athletes Like Its Predecessor

"Basketball Wives LA" cast

Someone is not content with tormenting the NBA with the frequently sued reality show "Basketball Wives" which is based in Miami, Florida. The show's producer, Shaunie O'Neal, ex-wife of retired NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, has decided to return to her native California and release a spin off of the show titled "Basketball Wives LA."

"Basketball Wives" cast

It is set to debut this month and most likely with the same Jerry Springer style antics as the original. I hate to call it that, as "Basketball Wives" is a very derivative version of "The Real Housewives" reality series by Bravo and follows the exact same business plan, via city spin-offs.

"Basketball Wives" cast members Shanice, her mom, Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams

As the Judiciary Report predicted, well before the ratings revealed it to be so, "Basketball Wives" (4.3 million viewers) has surpassed "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" (4 million viewers) in the ratings and press (Has "Basketball Wives" Topped "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta"). Too bad the content is so low brow.

Shaunie O'Neal Slams Her Show Basketball Wives

Shaunie O'Neal

Well, well, well! I remember in February 2011, when the Judiciary Report published an article stating the reality show Basketball Wives "makes black women look bad" (Shaunie Stirring The Doo Doo In The NBA). Shortly after, Shaunie O'Neal, a part time Miami resident, did an interview upset that it was said the show "makes black women look bad" (Is Evelyn Lozada About To Stab Shaunie O'Neal In The Back For Her Own Show). It was bite off the blogger's head time. But here we have it, several months later, in an interview conducted days ago, O'Neal stated she is embarrassed by the show and its Jerry Springer type tactics, particularly the fighting:

“When I started the show I really just wanted to follow this group of ladies around. We all have a common bond; we understand each other’s lives. It started as that. Since then, it’s taken on a life of its own. I never imagined it would be a group of ladies fighting and arguing that way that they do. That was never part of the plan.

“I hate that it has to be a fight or an argument that gives us 4.2 million viewers. I hate that, but it’s something where I’m working as hard as I can to show some type of balance, because it is there. We do know how to act, we do charity work. I would love a little more balance and we’re going to try to do more of that in season 4. I know that people love the fighting and the arguing, but I do want to have some positive in there somewhere.”

“I feel like that show, from what I hear in certain production calls and stuff like that, is turning into ‘I have slept with a basketball player at some point of time in my life, so now I’m on Basketball Wives’. That’s definitely not what I brought to the table and not what I would be proud of having my name on. I think that’s a whole different show that I wouldn’t produce. A change needs to be made somewhere in these reality shows. If I can be the start, I would to be a start in showing some balances.”

"Basketball Wives" cast members Shanice, her mom, Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams

When one contrasts "Basketball Wives" with shows in its genre, such as "Braxton Family Values" which is not a fight fest, it becomes apparent that one does not have to resort to such tactics to gain viewers. In fact, the Braxton sisters stated, initially their show was not picked up by a few other networks, because they refused to get into fist fights on camera, stating they do not do that.

Kim Kardashian Wedding To Be Screened On TV For Four Hours

Kim Kardashian

Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, 30, is going all out in her well- publicized bid to rival the April 2011 British royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The E! network, which hosts Kardashian's reality shows, is helping her in this quest.

Pippa Middleton

The channel has announced they are devoting four hours to televising her wedding to NBA basketball star, Kris Humphries, 25. I hardly think it will generate the same attention the royal wedding did - well, unless you plan on inviting Pippa Middleton. It would be a butt conference.

Reality Star Kristin Cavallari Grits Her Teeth And Returns 5 Carat Engagement Ring To Ex

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler

Former MTV "Hills" star, Kristin Cavallari, was on the receiving end of bad news recently, as multi-millionaire American footballer, Jay Cutler, called off their engagement and wedding. Wow, that sucks. Here’s some more suckage for her - Cavallari had to return her 5-carat diamond engagement ring to Cutler that she loved (uh, the ring and presumably Cutler).

You know, right now, I could invoke that age old adage about a "cow" and "milk" and "for free." But I'm not gonna do that in this article. When the current situation so obviously says it, I don't need to as well.

Kristin Cavallari - bye bye ringy!

Since the end of "The Hills" Cavallari has not been working much and this latest blow from Cutler has probably made thing worse. No job and no man. Once again, that sucks. I’m just teasing, Kristin. Cheer up, at least you’re beautiful. Things could be worse. You could look plastic and freaky like Madonna. And for what it’s worth, Cutler could change his mind, as you two did make a cute couple.

Warning: Graphic Language

Basketball player, Eric Williams, who is in the middle of a messy divorce from wife, Jennifer Williams, forcefully threw a drink in her face on the VH-1 reality show "Basketball Wives." A demeaning clip has been making its way around the internet, provoking anger from some, as Eric's conduct towards chatty Jennifer was excessive. It didn't look right. The show is consistently putting such negative images out there and due to the fact it is reality TV, it comes across even worse, as these are real people, not television characters.
