Evelyn Lozada Questions Boston's Flavor

Doesn't Seem To Think It's "Fun" Either

Evelyn Lozada

"Basketball Wives" star, Evelyn Lozada, has made the move from Miami to Massachusetts, to support fiancé, football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, joining the NFL's New England Patriots. Upon her arrival to the city of Boston, Massachusetts, Lozada stated, "We’re hoping to bring some flavor and fun to Boston." So what are you trying to say Evelyn? That Boston has no "flavor" and is not "fun." You guys read what she said - get her! Pull her extensions out. I'm just kidding.

Evelyn Lozada Mad At Bloggers Over What She Calls Lies

When Bloggers Attack…Or Is It When Reality Stars Attack

Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada

"Basketball Wives" reality TV star, Evelyn Lozada, is mad at the blogosphere (what did we do to her?). Lozada is upset at blogs for allegedly publishing items, stating she is pregnant and her engagement to NFL footballer, Chad Ochocinco Johnson, has been called off, due to her cheating with his former teammate, Terrell Owens.

Terrell Owens and Evelyn Lozada

Lozada took to Twitter again to slam bloggers for making up said stories about her personal life. She stated she is not pregnant at this time and still very much with Johnson. The question is how long will he be with her, if she continues to be so controlling. Why won't she let milk dud breathe - he is a grown man.

Antoine Walker and Evelyn Lozada

Side Bar: First it was the NBA's Antoine Walker, then she switched leagues to the NFL's Chad Ochocino and allegedly Terrell Owens. I'm going to take a wild guess here and state, Lozada has a thing for bald black brothers. No wonder they think something happened with Owens, but she seems pretty adamant nothing occurred.

Will Evelyn Lozada And Tom Brady's Wife Gisele Get Along

Evelyn Lozada and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson

With the trade of Cincinnati Bengals' football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson to the New England Patriots, will his fiancée, Evelyn Lozada, of "Basketball Wives" get along with supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who is the wife of quarterback Tom Brady.

Gisele Bundchen to Tom Brady: should I get a taser

Will Lozada, who is known for her fiery temper and potty mouth, throw a drink on or fight Gisele, as she did to reality TV co-star, Royce Reed or will the two ladies become friends now that their men play for the same team? I hope Giselle has good insurance.

Will Chad Ochocinco And Evelyn Lozada Last

Evelyn Lozada and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson

Will the forthcoming marriage of NFL football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson and "Basketball Wives" reality star, Evelyn Lozada last or end in disaster. In the profane season finale of "Basketball Wives" Ochocinco bristled when Lozada flew into a rage, after witnessing the athlete having lunch at a restaurant in Miami with a mystery woman. I thought she was going to knock him out then and there. She was furious.

Evelyn Lozada

Ochocinco stated he is an open individual, unwilling to change his life of being a people person, but Lozada is carrying baggage from her last relationship with NBA athlete, Antoine Walker, who reportedly cheated on her. As a result, Lozada is concerned the same will happen with Ochocinco.

Evelyn Lozada and daughter Shanice

All over the world, regardless of the culture, women relentlessly pursue wealthy athletes, due to the fame and lavish living that comes with being in such a relationship. But it has its downside as well - namely infidelity. Will the Ochocinco Lozada union, if it gets off the ground, suffer the same. Regardless, the show's producer, Shaunie O'Neal will be there to capture the marriage and any angry eruptions, all for ratings.

Reggie Bush Signs With The Miami Dolphins No Doubt Making Kim Kardashian Happy

Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian (showing too much cleavage)

NFL football player, Reggie Bush, has signed with the Miami Dolphins team, making the big movie to Florida, from the New Orleans Saints. Many in Miami are happy about the news, as Bush is quite the athlete.

Part-time Miami resident, Kim Kardashian, who would still want Bush for a part-time lover, has a business in the city and is frequently seen in town. No doubt she is happy at the news, because she is clearly not over him.

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian

Despite being engaged, blogs tease Kardashian that she still monitors Bush's press and pages on social networking sites, making copycat tweets on Twitter. Kardashian is set to marry NBA player, Kris Humphries, but some doubt she will be faithful (and vice versa). Fidelity is very important.

The wedding invitations have gone out and Kardashian is attempting to rival the wedding of Prince William to Kate Middleton (better not make Pippa Middleton one of your bridesmaids, then). Bush's latest girlfriend also looks an awful lot like Kardashian, which led her to file suit against Old Navy for using her in an advertisement. It remains to be seen if Kim will go crazy seeing Reggie running around the field in Miami.

Old Navy commercial featuring Kim Kardashian look alike Melissa Molinaro

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, of big butt fame, has sued clothing retailer, Old Navy, for hiring a look alike to allegedly rip-off her image in a new ad campaign. The ads began running recently, catching the Kardashian sister's eye (and rage).

But wait, it gets worse. Kardashian, who is still pining after ex-boyfriend, NFL star, Reggie Bush, is angrier than a Muslim at a luau, due to the fact, the look alike from the ad, Melissa Molinaro, is dating the athlete as well. It seems Molinaro is completely trying to become Kardashian and the latter is not amused.

Bret Lockett Back Tracks On Kim Kardashian Sex Claims

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian

New England Patriot football player, Bret Lockett, is backtracking on public claims of an affair with reality star Kim Kardashian. Lockett is now stating they did not have sex, but insists Kardashian sent him racy photos and text messages, during her engagement to NBA basketball player, Kris Humphries.

Bret Lockett

Kardashian threatened legal action when Lockett began making his claims, leading many to state she cheated on her fiancé. Lockett maintains he does have proof of the unfaithful conduct, but has not made the photos and text messages public, as of the time of this writing.

Newsflash: Kim Kardashian Got Caught With Another Brother

Kim Kardashian accused of cheating on her fiancé

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, got caught with another chocolate man again (you know the Judiciary Report likes to joke about that). Kardashian, 30, who is engaged to tall, attractive NBA basketball player, Kris Humphries, 26, is on the receiving end of cheating allegations, by New England Patriot footballer, Bret Lockett.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

Lockett, a tall, muscular, rippling chocolate man, has accused Kardashian of cheating on Humphries with him, during the time of their engagement. Hush your mouth - but do tell! His interview with InTouch revealed some details of what he is alleging, but not everything.

Bret Lockett

In response to the aforementioned claims, Kardashian has threatened to sue Lockett, who basically told her to bring it. Lockett stated he has photos and text messages proving Kardashian cheated with him. However, he has not made them public.

Judgment Day 2011; Athletes Who Will Be Left Behind

The End is Near.  No, it's not a proclamation by either the NFL regarding the lockout or the GM of the Phoenix Coyotes on the hockey team's future.   It's the Day of Reckoning for Mankind, so say the lunatic members of a doomsday group who predict the world will cease to exist after the earth is rattled by series of earthquakes and tidal waves tomorrow between 5 and 6 p.m.

New York City has been plastered with ads warning if the upcoming Apocalypse on Saturday July 21 and how God will only spare those who are pure of heart.

So people, you don't have to fret over overdue library books or the vig to your loan shark.  Go ahead, make that nasty, drunken text to your ex because, after tomorrow, it won't matter.   It'll all be over soon.

This presumed "Rapture" will spare the souls of the pure by whisking them into heaven while the rest of mankind will be left to face their doom on the crumbling earth.  Professional athletes--however adored on earth--are not an exception and some won't be making that trip up to eternal happiness.

I believe the world must be coming to an end because how can you explain Jason Giambi jacking three home-runs the other night.  Who even knew he was still around?

And what about the Cleveland Indians?  Best team in the majors?  Come on. We're talking about Cleveland here.  That's enough evidence for me.

Tomorrow's Doomsday is just more bad luck for Cleveland all around.  The Cavaliers finally get two top-four draft picks to make up for the left-at-the alter move by LeBron James and BOOM!   No more Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or Dawg Pound.  It's over.  If it makes Cavs fans feel any better, James will be one of the fateful ones slated to be left behind--with no championships.

The Apocalypse will bring some good things.  We won't have to wring our hands about the NFL owners and the NFLPA hugging it out.  They're all on God's naughty list anyway.

And no one will have to care which team ends up on HBO's "Hard Knocks" this summer.  It's a moot point now.  Sorry Detroit Lions, you almost had your day in the sun and games on Monday nights.

Jim Tressel, I wouldn't worry about that whole deal about stipends for college players anymore.  You have bigger sweaters to fill.  Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you God is a Michigan fan.  Know what's worse than an NCAA investigation?  A Grim Reaper named Bo.

There are too many celebrities who won't be spared by the Almighty.  Arnold Schwarzenegger's ticket to heaven has already expired and don't count on any Kardashians taking the V.I.P. elevator up--or members of any reality series for that matter.  If Ahhnold had only waited a few more days before blabbing about his love child.

Tim Tebow won't have to worry.  He's a lock to be Raptured by God.

Lawrence Taylor, now that's another story.  Sorry LT, you'll be joining Jay Cutler, Ben Roethlisberger and Brett Favre.  There's no room in heaven for wusses or horn dogs.  Did I mention that O.J. will be dodging rocks and waves after hitting the prison chow hall tomorrow night?

Tiger Woods didn't only drop from one big list this week.  The almighty doesn't look down too kindly on bratty golfers or philanderers.  I'm not sure in what order.

Also deserving to be left behind are the "Green Men," team mascots and any prima-donna wide receivers.  Just lump them in one annoying group and let them fend for themselves.

This just in--Lance Armstrong, things aren't looking too good for you right at this moment.  I would get out my mountain bike, it's going to be rough riding tomorrow night.  Wait.  No world Saturday means no "60 Minutes" Sunday.  You're in the clear.  Lucky you.

Jorge Posada will be spared, but the inside dirt from upstairs is that he will be batting ninth.  The Almighty is one manager you don't want to bail on and he (Yup, he's a he) makes George Steinbrenner look like a kitten or a Mets GM.

There is hope for the fallen to be sucked up into the heavenly skies tomorrow.  Michael Vick and Plaxico Burress have paid their debt to society and are deserving of second chances.  And pigeon-loving Mike Tyson will be spared--if only for his cameos in "The Hangover" franchises.  God likes raunchy buddy-movies.

I am taking all this so-called End-of-the-World talk seriously because I have proof that, on Saturday, the earth will crumble and burn.  I know, because I got a sure thing on a horse for tomorrow's 6:20 p.m. start of The Preakness.  Too bad the world ends twenty minutes earlier.  Just my luck.

2011 NFL Schedule; Don't Expect 9/11 Patriotism to End Lockout

The NFL announced it's 2011 schedule last night and the first Sunday games of the season will be on September 11--ten years to the day after the 9/11 tragedies.  The NFL is already planning to honor and commemorate the dead and their survivors even if the league isn't even close to snapping a ball due to the lockout.

Optimistic fans may see a silver lining because the planned 9/11 memorial ceremonies may hasten an agreement between the NFL owners and the NFLPA due to deep rooted patriotism.  Realists know the two parties will still only be trying to line their pockets with gold.

A lot of talking heads on sports TV shows this morning brought up the fact that the NFL is adamant about paying tribute to America for that horrible day and that the stadiums will be filled up all the NFL glitz it can muster to honor those who paid the price.

On Mike & Mike, both Mikes said the NFL "highlighted" the date on it's schedule press release and claimed the owners and players would, at the least, be shamed into settling the lockout because of all the bad publicity it would generate if they didn't put their differences aside.  The public outcry alone should bring both sides to their knees.

Don't count on it.  Here in New York--one of the three terrorist attack sites--it took almost eight years to break ground to start rebuilding at Ground Zero, because of political differences, and there is a ongoing stalemate regarding compensation to injured first-responders and their families.  The Ground Zero Memorial was bound in red tape for years and that's here in New York.

It's hard to believe millionaires squabbling about their benefits, salaries and all the other issues involved in the billion-dollar negotiations would let 9/11 influence their decisions.

The NFL ceremonies will include everything we in New York have become all to familiar with over the past nine years.  There will be somber speeches and moments of silence.  Photos of lost loved ones and praises for the heroics that followed the attacks.

The biggest ceremonies will probably be reserved for the New York Jets opening game against "America's Team" the Dallas Cowboys at New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey on national TV that night.

The NFL will probably be going all out that night.  Expect all the usual pomp and hanger-on politicians for this prime-time tribute.  The sight of former-mayor Rudy Giuliani, families of the slain and first responders will bring the fans and viewing millions to tears.

The New York Giants game vs. the Washington Redskins at  4:15 ET in Landover, Md.--not far from one of the other terrorist hits at the Pentagon--should provide an emotional group hug, as well.

There was speculation the league would make the Giants-Jets game the season opener to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.  Now, the battle for the city will take place on Christmas day.  It is only fitting that Washington gets their moment though.  It's 9/11 tragedy seems to already be a faint memory here in New York.

It's delusional to think that either the owners or players would cave in for just a minute of silence before the opening kick-off.  The world is already filled with war and natural disasters.

How many fans paid tribute to 9/11 last September?  In New York, you are lucky to get a few thousand spectators at the Memorial Day Parade--and most of them are tourists crowding the Fifth Avenue stores.  Sadly, the marching soldiers usually outnumber the supporters.

Don't be seduced by any hype from the NFL, owners or union reps.  If the lockout ends and the opening ceremonies move you.  Fine.  Just don't let the NFL or NFLPA pat itself on it's back for overcoming the labor dispute in the guise of a 9/11 commemoration.

You don't need a football game to honor the lost lives and heroes or remember the horrible events of 9/11 next September.

NFL Lockout Possible at Midnight; Fantasy Footballers in Panic

The NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement is set to expire soon at 11:59 p.m. and 18 million individual Fantasy Footballers are looking at a good chance of waking up one morning with the prospect of getting a life.  Never mind the NFL players and owners, it's the virtual competition and imaginary leagues that are important to these Jerry Jones impersonators.

Come a lockout, FFer's can kiss their Draft Day goodbye.  The large foam-core draft board will be void of colored team Post-Its.  All the player rankings, mock drafts, and cheat sheets will be a distant memory of past glory.  For FFer's, Draft Day ranks up there with New Year's, Christmas and the last pre-season game rolled into one.  Now it will be sadder than the Carolina Panthers' chances to make the right first draft pick.

There will be no pools to be won.  No more trading on Tuesdays.  FFer's will speak like normal people.  No ADP's, QBBC's, Studs, Sleepers, or Handcuffing. Trust me, it's even less exciting than it sounds. Even more frightening, they will have to socialize with people outside the virtual FF world when football was once played.

Since the 'Dynasty" and "Salary Cap" leagues weren't created until 1988---a year after the last NFL strike--- the virtual owners and coaches of Fantasy Football haven't had to find other activities to help them cope with a in-season lockout--and a lot of time on their keyboard-calloused fingertips.

Its been forge ahead for 22 years.  Now, unless there is a last-ditch turnaround, it looks like FFer's will have to find other outlets for their pent-up wheeling and dealing.  Maybe that naked virtual 'therapist' would help.

Here are a few suggestions to get those adrenalin-junkie Fantasy Footballers through those long Sunday afternoons and Monday and Thursday nights.

  • Watch reruns of "Two and a Half Men."  Just in case you haven't gotten enough Charlie Sheen yet.
  • Pray MLB extends the playoffs and the World Series is in December.
  • Actually eat Sunday dinner at a dinner table with people.
  • Throw a benefit for your favorite NFL player.  They will be hurting by then and have mortgages and nightclub tabs to pay for.
  • Become a high-school soccer fan.
  • Send phony trade text messages to Carson Palmer and Donovan McNabb.
  • Start a Fantasy CBA league complete with Roger Goodall, owners, NFLPA reps and your favorite lawyers.
  • Use your computers for more constructive pursuits like porn, "Angry Birds," and Rex Ryan foot-fetish videos.

230M Reasons the NFL is Considering Putting Ads on Jerseys

Only a few years ago, it seemed blasphemous that the NFL would pull a NASCAR and plaster tiny little ads all over their sacred team jerseys.  Now, according to a recent study by analysts at Horizon Media, there is financial windfall of over $230 million available if NFL teams let sponsors purchase space on that valuable acreage.

That kind of money must be very enticing to the NFL, especially since the NFL Player's Association will probably be demanding a larger cut of league revenues when they meet over a new labor pact this spring.

"Within a three-to-five year period, I would be very surprised if one of the leagues wasn't sampling [logos on jerseys] on a large-scale effort," said Michael A. Neuman, according to the New York Post.

Neuman, a managing partner at Horizon Media, said, "The prospect of allowing NFL jerseys to be used for advertising has been kicking around for a number of years.  Ads on uniforms have been standard in the European soccer leagues for years."

Sewing little corporate patches on cute futbol jerseys is one thing but cluttering up a traditional NFL uniform is another.  The outcry from NFL fans would be heard from the swamps of the Meadowlands to coffee kiosks of Qwest Field.

According to the New York Post, an NFL spokesperson said, "We are often approached by companies that want to put their logo on NFL jerseys--the most valuable real estate in sports, but we have no plans to do so."

"Valuable" is a word the NFL likes.  If there is money to be made and the league has a chance to reap the benefits, how long off could it be before we see Viagra plastered on player's helmets?  It's already started.

Over the last three years, many NFL franchises have subtlety put corporate logos on practice uniforms during the pre-season.

The New York Giants sported Timex ads last summer and Gillette, Sanyo and even the University of Phoenix popped up on other team uniforms.

One problem in having players look like mini stock cars on the playing field is the fact that network broadcasters will need to find a way to appease sponsors paying for expensive 30-second blocks of commercial air time while a competitor with his logo on the uniform gets free air time--and more of it.  They will only be able to sit and watch the shot clock run down while Tom Brady lines up with a rival logo emblazoned across his chest--60 times a game.

Paid advertisers will have to take into account the fans who grab a beer while the paid commercials run, that you can't TiVo game action and you can block paid advertising.  Uniform ads could become very ubiquitous.

Logo-dotted uniforms seem inevitable, so lie back and think of the positives and the possibilities.

A UPS patch on a Cleveland Browns jersey with their slogan "What can Brown do for you?" on Peyton Hillis' sleeve.  Nothing, most fans would think.  Probably not a good example.

But you could throw a Dr. Scholl's ad on Rex Ryan's sweater vest or a Go Daddy patch above Antonio Cromartie's number.

What would Peyton Manning's jersey look like?  Is there a product that wouldn't be on his uniform?  He'll change from #18 to # 1 to fit more ads.

Some product placement would be natural fits.  The Detroit Lions with a Ford Motors patch, the Miami Dolphins with a SeaWorld emblem or the New England Patriots promoting, what else,  Gillette razors.  Some placement may be a little stickier.

Think Alpo would put their logo on Michael Vick's jersey?  Maybe PETA would jump at the chance?

It's probably only a short time before fans see corporate advertising on NFL uniforms.  Probably about the same time most games can only be seen on the NFL Network.

The NFL talks about integrity of the game but already sells naming rights to stadiums, fifty-yard lines and every score update on network television.  It uses the excuse of nostalgia for using throw-back uniforms in regular-season games but everyone knows it's only to sell more NFL gear.

The uproar from fans looking at 300-pound sandwich-boards would, at first, be significant.  But, like every other change--PSL's, paying for Thursday night games and Rex Ryan's weight loss--fans will accept it and move on.  They got over that annoying protecting the quarterback rule, didn't they?

Imagine one day, a Carolina Owens-Corning Pink Panthers vs. the New York JetBlues in the Beef O'Brady Super Bowl.

$230 million is going to look pretty inviting to the NFL after these labor talks.

NFL Fines New York Jets $100 Grand For Tripping Incident

The NFL has fined the New York Jets $100,000 for an assistant coach tripping a Miami Dolphins special teams player during a game on December 12.  Jets strength and conditioning coach, Sal Alosi, was caught on tape--and thousands of camera phones--sticking his knee out and knocking down the Dolphins Nolan Carroll as he ran down the sideline on kick coverage.

Alosi was the alleged ringleader in a planned strategy of building a wall of other Jets coaches and assistants to block the sideline.  He has already indefinitely suspended for the rest of the season and fined $25,000 by the Jets for the incident.

A statement from the NFL said the Jets violated league rules by forming the illegal sideline barrier and the tactic was deemed both a "competitive violation" and "dangerous."

The NFL fine could be in response to the Jets special teams coordinator Mike Westhoff's public criticism of a "team up north [the New England Patriots?] uses the same tactic."

The NFL wants to make it clear to players and coaches not to engage in "public criticism of other clubs."

The Jets have not disclosed how long they will suspend Alosi beyond the season but a spokesperson said the team will comply with the league's decision.

Favre Gets Off Easy For 'Not' Cooperating With NFL

The NFL let Brett Favre off the hook yesterday by ending its investigation into the quarterback allegedly sending suggestive text messages and graphic photos to female sideline reporter Jennifer Sterger .  The former New York Jets signal caller and alleged sext message sender was fined $50,000 by the league who admitted they couldn't prove he sent the dirty texts and photos.  It looks like the league basically swept the case under the ice-covered turf inside the Metrodome.

In a press release, the NFL announced that commissioner Roger Goodell, after analyzing forensic evidence collected over a two years  span, "could not conclude that Favre violated league policies relating to workplace conduct" after Favre hindered the league's investigation.

"Our investigation took longer than might ordinarily have been the case due to difficulties in arranging to speak with certain key individuals," the NFL statement said.

The NFL let Favre slide on the more serious charges of violating harassment rules, partly because of his stalling tactics.

Forget what is "Ripped from the Headlines" and seen on "Law & Order," admitting your guilt and copping a plea is for chumps--at least in the NFL.  All you have to do there is stall, then retire.  Detective Lennie Briscoe must be rolling in his grave.

The NFL fined the married Minnesota Vikings QB a token 50 G for not being "candid" with the investigators about the accusations he sent the sexually-explicit photos and suggestive texts to the 26 year-old Sterger in 2008 at the Jets training camp.

Goodell determined that Favre's behavior during the probe resulted " in a longer review and additional negative public attention for Favre, Sterger and the league."

The ongoing saga has taken some wild twists and turns.  Favre has admitted to sending the text messages,  but has denied sending the nasty images but the website, Deadspin.com, which first published the photos in October said they all came from the same phone number.  Sterger has left many people questioning why it took her two years to make the incident public--even after Favre left the Jets in 2009.

The commissioner has been criticized for moving the probe at a snail's pace and his delay in making a decision on the case.  Many felt Goodell was protecting Favre, the all-time consecutive games played record holder and NFL icon, until the quarterback retired at the end of this season when a suspension would mean nothing.  Favre had his 297 game streak broken earlier this month and is questionable for the last game of this season--and his career--this Sunday.

The fine is little more than a token nuisance to Favre, who made $10 million this season.  In his world, the penalty takes about three minutes worth of game salary from his paycheck.

Favre may not be fist-pumping after this decision.  Sterger's lawyer, former federal prosecutor Joe Conway said he was "extremely disappointed" in the decision and wouldn't discuss his client's next move.  He said Sterger has not ruled out filing a law suit but preferred no to sue the NFL, the Jets or Favre.  Who's left after them?

Goodell met with both Favre and Sterger earlier this month to discuss the sordid allegations which has centered on the photos of male private parts that the sports website published.  Deadspin.com has been steadfast in claiming the images are self-portraits that  Favre sent Sterger.

Favre, 41,  says he intends to retire after a tumultuous season filled with injuries and other sexual accusations which cannot be confirmed.  The NFL will not have jurisdiction over Favre if he leaves.

The Jets issued a statement saying the team considered the matter over and done with.

NFL Using High-Tech Forensics In Favre Probe

By Tony Mangia

The NFL has reportedly hired forensic experts in an attempt to determine if the dirty cellphone photos of a man's private parts sent to a New York Jets sideline reporter are the of the football great Brett Favre.  Call it CSI: NFL.

Investigators will use the the latest technology to examine a SIM card, phone records, and a cell phone to find electronic fingerprints on the pictures.  The lewd photos were allegedly sent by the former-New York Jets quarterback in 2008 to the comely Jennifer Sterger.  The exchange happened during the Jets training camp and she was a sideline hostess for the team.

Sterger turned over the incriminating  material to the NFL in a 3-hour  meeting with NFL officials on November 12.  The owner of the phone has not been disclosed.

The cutting-edge technology, used by criminal forensic experts, could uncover evidence leading to an electronic trail to the owner of the photos.  One of the photos sent to Sterger reportedly contains an image of a penis, according to ESPN.

In October , the beleaguered Favre confirmed that he left lusty voicemails with Sterger, in an attempt to hook up with the pretty reporter.  He told then NFL's vice-president of security, Milt Ahlerich, that he sent the voice mails but denied sending the X-rated photographs.  The high-tech forensic equipment could trace all messages between Favre and Sterger.

The nasty messages were first reported by the website Deadspin.com after purchasing them from an undisclosed third party.  The website claims the penis-pics and dirty messages came from the same phone number.  Witnesses have claimed that Sterger showed them the photos and joked about it.

One of the romantic voicemails was a note from Favre inviting the 26 year-old Sterger to meet him in his hotel room.  "Just got done with practice, got meetings here for a couple of hours, then I'm going back to the hotel to chill," he says...Send me a text.  I'd love to see you tonight."

At first, Sterger was reluctant to cooperate with the NFL but was later fired (for unrelated reasons--bad ratings) from her duties as a host of a sports-interaction show on Versus and then reached out to them.  The former Playboy model hasn't publicly commented about the incidents.

Meanwhile Favre, a married grandfather, struggles with the alleged fidelity issues at home and injuries and losses on the field. He is facing suspension if the NFL determines he lied about sending the pornographic images to Sterger.  After the Sterger incident became public, two female massage therapists with the Jets came forward with sexual text message allegations against Favre.

Favre, whose Minnesota Vikings were soundly beaten by the Green Bay Packers, 31-3, yesterday, is considered one of the NFL's all-time greats.  The 11-time Pro-baller won a Super Bowl and has a all-time consecutive game streak on the line.

At yesterday's press conference after the humiliating loss, the weary 41 year-old QB said he will "Go home and reevaluate tomorrow."

VIKING QB COULD FACE SUSPENSION

Brett Favre, the married quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings, has admitted to sending inappropriate text messages to former-Jets sideline reporter, Jennifer Sterger in a twisted bid to rendezvous with the sexy TV personality.  According to Fox's Jay Glazer yesterday, Favre confessed to the voicemails but claimed he never texted pictures of his penis to her.  The NFL has not commented on the situation but if Favre is guilty of violating the league's player-conduct policies, he could be suspended and fined.

Last week, Sterger retained a lawyer, former federal prosecutor Joseph Conway last and, although she has not commented publicly, there is evidence she is "strongly considering" speaking with the NFL about the sleazy 2008 voicemails and texts. There have been indications she could meet with league officials as early as this week.

Favre denies sending the photos of his privates but a website, Deadspin.com, claims that both the text messages and images originated from the same phone number.

Sterger worked for the Jets and it was in training camp two years ago where the ex-Jets QB became interested the the attractive sideline reporter.

If Favre is found guilty after the NFL's investigation, look for Commissioner Roger Goodell's punitive decisions to be swift but difficult.  Questions Goodell will have to consider.  Did Favre violate the personal conduct-policy?  Should he be suspended?  For how long? If Goodell suspends Favre, it would put an end to the player's NFL record for consecutive starts.

In one voicemail,  he suggests Sterger meet him at his hotel room.  "Just got done with practice, got meetings here for a couple of more hours..." the grandfather allegedly said, "Send me a text, I'd love top see you tonight." Not exactly XXX, but that's Goodell's call.

Sterger's manager, Phil Reese said that FBI agents are working to find out who gave her phone number to Favre.  "There is a person of interest... and he is very aware that we know who he is," claims Reese.

"Unfortunately, the person in the picture didn't also hold up their driver's license," said Reese, "So I'm not going to speculate on an identity.  But I'm working with people to diligently get all the facts."

Sterger is very much a person of interest for league officials.  She is not obligated to cooperate with the NFL.  League spokesperson, Greg Aiello, stressed, " We will continue to pursue opportunities to speak with individuals that potentially have information."

While Sterger has been clamming up--at least for moment--the New York Jets have been cooperating  with the NFL in it's investigation.  The Jets want to distance themselves as far away from  controversy and Favre as soon as possible.  They've had one-too-many sexy reporter incidents after last summer's locker room scandal with Mexican "journalist" Ines Sainz already on their player-conduct rap sheet.

Sterger's lawyers have denied there have been any discussions with Favre about a financial settlement.  She now works as a television host for Versus network.

It's been a rough week for the 41 year old quarterback.  On Tuesday, Favre was grilled by NFL Vice-president of Security, Milt Ahlerich, then yesterday threw three second-half interceptions in a national TV loss to his former-team and division rivals, the Green Bay Packers, and finally gets thrown under the bus by his head coach on Sunday night.

Vikings head coach, Brad Childress, ripped into his QB for throwing a foolish interception and wiping out any chance of a comeback against the Packers in a game that could be the final blow in a disappointing season.  "You can't throw it to them," the coach said,"You've got to play within the confines of our system."

Favre's pathetic attempt to woo Sterger proves the old gunslinger plays "outside the system" off the playing field as well.

"The Party Life" Newsletter Volume 3

This week felt like a Memorial Day Weekend warm-up. I had friends from Atlanta, Boston, D.C., Los Angeles, & New York fly in for T.I.'s sendoff/bachelor week. It definitely created a lot of buzz. I wasn't able to make the events in preparation for Memorial Day Weekend. If you ever attended any of our events on MDW there are some things you know for sure will happen. 1) The celebrities will be in the building 2) Even the celebs that are not being promoted will be in the building 3) The ladies will definitely be in the building, dressed sexy, and ready to party 4) Every party is a champagne convention 5) You won't want to leave until the sun comes up. It is a truly incredible weekend. One of my favorites. We definitely show Vegas what nightlife is all about.

LIFE:
There are many aspects of life that can help us progress. One of those things is quality time. I'm not talking about the time you spend with your significant other. I'm talking about making the most out of the time you spend doing something. Regardless of what you are doing, you have to make it count. A good example of someone who does this is Kris Anderson, birdman, of the Denver Nuggets. When he comes off that bench for the Nuggets, he makes himself the most impactful player on the court by grabbing rebounds, blocking shots, slam dunking and most of all, playing his best the whole time he is on the court. Spend quality time and watch the results.

SPORTS:
NFL teams have $12 million more to spend on their rosters this year. The salary cap this season will be $128 million. This could be the last year that the NFL has a salary cap unless the league and the players union can reach a collective bargaining agreement.

Both the Lakers and the Celtics are forced into Game 7s against the Rockets and the Magic respectively. The Lakers will face the Rockets at home Sunday 3:30pm on ABC. The Celtics will face the Magic at home 8:00pm on TNT.

SEX:
This week's advice is going to be short like the topic, "quickies". Most women complain about having a minute man, but in certain circumstances, a quick burst of sexual release is all anyone needs. To make the most of it, have quickies at unusual places. Try the parking lot of a nightclub, an empty elevator, the movie theater during a matinee, an office, or the changing room of a clothing store. You will surely "wow" your partner with the best quickie ever.

TRENDS/CURRENT EVENTS:
The hottest liquor in the club this summer is Nuvo. Nuvo is the world's first sparkling liquer created by Raphael Yakoby who also created Hpnotiq. It was marketed for him but has slowly become popular among men. Celebrities such as Brooke Shields, Jamie Foxx, Gabrielle Union, T-Pain, & Fabolous have endorsed it. Here are a couple of recipes for you to try:

Nuvo Bellini - Nuvo with a splash of champagne served on ice.

Black Doe - Nuvo with a splash of Hennessey on the rocks.

MUSIC:
Beyonce comes to South Florida at the Bank Atlantic Center on June 24th. Buy your tickets before they sell out.

Chrisette Michele found herself atop the Billboard charts this week after selling 83,000 copies. Ciara came in at #3 and Rick Ross dropped down to #8.
