Soulja Boy Apologizes To The U.S. Army For Diss Track Insulting The Troops

Scared They're Going To Turn You Into Soulja Girl

Soulja Boy

This is a follow up to yesterday's article Soulja Boy To The U.S. Army: F**k You. Rapper, Soulja Boy, has come to his senses and issued an apology to the U.S. Army, for his insulting diss track that slammed the troops. In the song "Let's Be Real" the rapper stated, "F**k the FBI and the army troops... fighting for what? Be your own man... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

In a written statement released to the press, Soulja Boy stated, “As an artist, I let my words get the best of me. Sometimes there are things that we feel, things that we want to express, and when we put them on paper and speak them out loud, they can come out wrong. I write this to give my sincerest apology to all members of the United States military services, as well as their families that were offended by my most recent lyrics.”

Soulja Boy To The U.S. Army: F**k You

He's Really Done It This Time And It's Time For Rehab

Soulja Boy

Rapper, Soulja Boy, famous for the song "Soulja Boy" has slammed U.S. soldiers in his new song "Let's Be Real." The lyrics of the song state, "F**k the FBI and the army troops... fighting for what? Be your own man... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan." If he is not careful, the army is going to turn him into Soulja Girl. It's time to leave the drugs alone.

The Judiciary Report is certainly not Team FBI and you know why, so I'm going to ignore what he wrote about them. It's quite telling the public is not defending the FBI, but has spoken up in defense of the troops. The soldiers are dying over something they did not start, but were conscripted into. I do not agree with any of the wars in the Middle East, but the majority of the soldiers do not seem to want to be over there either.

Is that a diamond encrusted car on your chain. Negro, no! Remove and sell the diamonds, then invest the money in a good CD (that's a certificate of deposit at the bank, not an album). At least then you'll get some interest.

Blame the policymakers, such as former President Bush and Vice President Cheney for starting and perpetuating the wars for years and President Obama for dragging his feet in ending it and bringing the soldiers back home to their families. The wars need to end, but destroying the soldiers' morale is not the way to do it, because the hard reality is, thousands of them have died and over a million civilians as well.

Soulja Boy Private Jet Story Was A Lie

I knew "bouncing on my toes" didn't pay that much

Remember on July 29, 2011, in the article, Soulja Boy Buys $55 Million Dollar Jet the Judiciary Report humorously questioned rapper Soulja Boy's claim he bought a $35,000,000 private jet and was spending $20,000,000 to redo the interiors, simply by asking him "Boo, are you selling drugs on the side." I knew it would provoke a response.

The next day, on July 30, 2011, Soulja Boy's representative came out and said the story the rapper fed website TMZ on July 28, 2011 (Soulja Boy Drops $55 MILLION on Private Jet), who spread it all over the internet, was not true. Scared of the Feds, huh, Soulja Boy.

Soulja Boy "Jet" Purchase REP CALLS BS

7/30/2011 7:15 AM PDT - Soulja Boy -- along with several members of his inner circle -- perpetuated a lie about purchasing a $55 million G5 jet ... at least that's what a spokesperson for Soulja is now saying. Earlier this week, TMZ spoke with Soulja, a member of his management team named Shai Storm and Soulja's assistant -- who all verified Soulja dropped the cash on the private jet as a 21st birthday gift to himself.

In fact, Soulja even went on a radio show yesterday in Miami -- after TMZ's story posted -- and when asked if he bought the plane, coyly told the DJ he was "G5 status" ... but never said the story was false.

Now, Soulja's "spokesperson" Greg Miller has issued a statement on behalf of the rapper ... saying the "elaborate rumors" are "not true." Funny, because when our reporter spoke with Soulja earlier this week -- and asked him directly, he responded, "Hell yeah ... I bought it." Sadly, so did we.

Since Miller's statement, TMZ has made dozens of calls to Shai Storm -- but he hasn't picked up up. Storm did return a text message saying he was instructed that all media relations are now going through Miller.

Soulja Boy Buys $55 Million Dollar Jet

Rapper Soulja Boy, real name, DeAndre Cortez Way, has reportedly purchased a $35,000,000 jet and is spending an additional $20,000,000 on its interior design. Am I the only one that is shocked Soulja Boy had $55,000,000 to begin with and to spend on such a luxury item. Boo, are you selling drugs on the side (I'm just teasing).

Seriously, you've had one major hit, on another person's record label. Yes, you've done a lot of shows, but $55,000,000 worth? No. I guess "bouncing on my toes" paid a lot more than the public thought? Seriously, for millions less, you could travel business class, wearing a hat and shades and no one would bother you. Even Justin Bieber flies commercial.
