She's been showing off her figure in sports bras and tiny shorts for her Bikram yoga classes in recent weeks.

So it's no wonder that when the first rays of sunshine came breaking through the clouds in London today, former Big Brother star Imogen Thomas was one of the first to strip off and make the most of the warm weather.

The 28-year-old star was spotted wearing a polka dot bikini top and tiny denim miniskirt as she strolled along the streets of London carrying her top.


Imogen wrote on her Twitter page: 'Wow london is so hot hot hot! Phewwww!!!'

The TV presenter was enjoying a relaxing day after attending the Rock Of Ages gala night at London's Shaftesbury Theatre the night before.

Despite having attended regular yoga classes, Imogen told her followers on Twitter that she has been putting on weight in recent weeks.

When someone said she was looking too skinny, Imogen replied: 'Really? I've put on weight since america.'

She later told another fan: 'I can't get skinny I love my food way too much!'
Imogen no doubt attracted a few men as she strolled along in her sexy get-up this afternoon.

And it was recently reported that Imogen's curves have caught the attention of one reality TV star in particular - The Only Way Is Essex's Mark Wright.

A source told The Sun: 'Mark is more keen on Imogen than she is on him.

'He has been sending her text messages since he split with Lauren Goodger last month.
'Now he's gone one further by sending her X-rated picture messages too. Imogen likes him but has a few blokes on the go, so Mark wants to win her over.'

Getting back on track: A day after displaying her cellulite, Imogen Thomas head to Bikram yoga to 'burn away fat'

She stepped out yesterday wearing tiny shorts which drew attention to the cellulite on her upper thighs.

So it comes as no surprise that today Imogen Thomas decided to target her problem area with a session of Bikram yoga.

The 28-year-old star donned an all pink outfit, consisting off a pair of gym shorts and crop top, as she visited the yoga centre in London this afternoon.


Earlier, Imogen had taken to her Twitter page to reassure fans she was determined to get back into shape.

She wrote: 'Going back to bikram today. Burn away fat....Watch this space....;-)'

Former Big Brother star Imogen had more than a little success at the hot yoga classes earlier this year, and had shared photographs of her newly-slim figure on her Twitter page.

Bikram Yoga is similar to traditional yoga techniques but sessions last for 90 minutes in a heated room of 40.6 degrees Celsius.

It is claimed to facilitate deeper stretching and prevent injury, while reducing stress and tension.

However, it seems Imogen had let her regime go slightly, judging by her slightly soft-around-the-edges look as she attended yoga today.

Instead of sticking to the hot yoga sessions, Imogen has been burning calories by undertaking activities such as pole dancing in recent weeks.

Having a rough day? Welsh glamour model Imogen Thomas was seen returning to her car after shopping for some framed pictures in central London today


She may have been showing off her body in a skimpy bikini in Las Vegas earlier this week, but today Imogen Thomas revealed a bit too much than she would have liked.

The Big Brother star was pictured in London today in a short black skirt that clearly showed off cellulite on her thighs - proving that even glamour models suffer from the dreaded dimple skin.

Welsh model Thomas made the most of the September sunshine by baring her tanned legs and wore a pair of scuffed lace-up ankle boots and a black and pink striped top with the words 'Love pink' emblazoned in silver across her back.

But even the odd top wasn't enough to steer attention away from the former Miss Wales winner's legs.

After Thomas emerged from a shop carrying a framed picture, her less than perfect thighs were clear for all to see as she packed up the boot of her car and quickly made her way to the drivers seat.

The star must have been suffering from the holiday blues as she did a spot of shopping, after spending all of last week partying in the U.S.

Regular cover girl Thomas was pictured in a variety of bikinis and sunglasses as she frolicked by pools with friends and danced around poles, but back in the UK, the star seemed to have lost her sexy side.

Wearing no make-up, Thomas wore her hair in a messy bun and kept her sunglasses firmly on top of her head as she hurried to her vehicle.

Anyone would think that the star's recent presenting role with ITV's This Morning and calendar shoots in Spain would leave her looking refreshed and relaxed, but according to medical professionals, a high stress lifestyle can be associated with the evolution of cellulite.

Perhaps Thomas should give up the pole dancing as daily exercise and get her running shoes on quick smart!

If her celebrity life was to come to a crashing and sudden halt tomorrow, then Imogen Thomas could always consider a job as a pole dancer.

It's not like she hasn't got the dance moves down to a fine art as these pictures - and previous ones - prove.

The glamour model was snapped writhing round a metal pole in Las Vegas last week as she attended a pool party at the Encore Beach Club.

In a skimpy black bikini, she grabbed the pole, which was underneath a shower, and began to wrap herself around it, throwing her head back and kicking her legs up.

And whether she intended it or not, all eyes were on the Welsh beauty as she laughed along with her friends.

Imogen, 28, has been holidaying in the Nevada resort and has been making most of the day and night life Sin City has to offer.

And she can't get enough of the pole as she was also snapped showing off some moves the day before at club Stripper 101.

There she took a class which promises to teach students how to 'release their sensual side'.

The smile never leaving her face once on this holiday, she took to her Twitter page a few days ago and wrote: 'I'm lovin my life at the moment! Getting on with things, embracing how lucky I am, happy and healthy. Its all down to my family friends & u.'

Manchester United football star, Ryan Giggs' was the subject of a scathing June 21, 2011 interview, granted by his sister-in-law, Natasha Giggs, in Closer magazine. She slammed the married footballer over his sexual relationship with buxom reality TV star, Imogen Thomas, 28, as he was conducting an extramarital affair with her at the same time.

Did Natasha Giggs, the sister-in-law of Ryan Giggs, marry his brother, Rhodri Giggs, to get close to the football star. Was Natasha taken with the idea of who Giggs is, due to his successful football career and being on television on a constant basis or did she actually love him. I don't think it is the latter. He seems to have become an obsession, which is something that is destructive. I'm pretty sure Ryan Giggs didn't say, "Hey, marry my brother so I can have sex with you for the next 8 years behind my wife's back and his."

This is not written to be judgmental, but as a reminder that men and women must learn to sever past ties with former loves when they get married. It is not worth destroying your marriage and causing your children lasting emotional trauma.

In time, the Giggs family can learn to forgive each other. The betrayal and trauma is not worth cutting your family members out of your lives, because before you know it, time will have gone by and you will look back and regret not having had them in your life.

A sad and downcast, Rhodri Giggs, was seen in public today without his wedding ring.

Natasha Giggs has temporarily left Britain with her two children to escape the press, as has Ryan Giggs. His poor brother is visibly devastated. The incident serves as another blow to the younger Giggs, after his dreams of becoming a professional footballer was dashed, while his brother went on to major international success with Manchester United. Losing his wife to his brother through infidelity has only added to his troubles.

Many questions are probably running through his mind, after the betrayal of two people so close to him. He may even be questioning the paternity of his kids. The two brothers have very similar looks and DNA. The Giggs' mother must be devastated as well, as no mom wants to see her children in such adversarial situations. Here's hoping Rhodri keeps his head up and the entire family is able to forgive each other and work out their troubles.

It's always strange to hear women holding such views, whilst committing adultery with married men. A few of the mistresses in the Tiger Woods scandal voiced the same illogical opinion. Women need to take note - men usually marry the women they love. Being their mistress does not make you special to them. It only makes you convenient. You are not the love of their life. You are a sex object. Do not convince yourself it is anything more and stop sleeping with married men.
