17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, did an interview with the website TMZ, where its founder Harvey Levin probably wanted to have his kids. He asked the Bieber where he will settle down and the young singer said "Canada" and that he will have "Canadian kids" because this is where he is from. I know there are a whole pile of non-Canadian teen girls learning the Canadian anthem right now.

Bieber, who is dating 19-year old, Selena Gomez, also bragged about getting older (yea, he's totally geriatric at 17) and growing a "mustache" (I thought it was a zit) to appear more mature. Oh please, Selena's mustache is thicker than his little layer. Just teasing.

Casey Anthony and her parents, are said to be demanding exorbitant sums of money for tell-all interviews on the suspicious death of her 2-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony. They do not deserve a dime. Some suspect beautiful little Caylee was given a large dose of chloroform to put her to sleep, while her mom Casey went out and partied, as her grandmother refused to baby-sit.

Thanks to Casey not reporting Caylee missing for an entire month, then disposing the toddler's body in a completely disrespectful manner, via tossing her lifeless little frame in the bushes, where animals began to feed on her remains, the prosecution in her murder trial, were unable to establish the manner in which she died. Out of respect for Caylee, the Anthony family should not be given any compensation for any interviews.

Yet, news has leaked that Casey Anthony wants $1.5 million and her parents snickered at a $250,000 offer to tell their stories on television, wanting more. It really is not right. Since when does society reward such behavior. People are outraged, yet Hollywood continues to make financial offers to the dysfunctional Anthony family, disrespecting Caylee's memory and the public's wishes.

30-year-old socialite, Paris Hilton, did an interview with ABC News recently, presumably to flog her failing reality show "The World According To Paris Hilton" which has taken a beating in the ratings.

When interviewer Dan Harris asked the celebuturd, er, pardon me, "celebutante" the practical and obvious question, "Do you every worry about your moment having past" Hilton sighed with a pained and awkward smile, then walked off camera to argue with her publicist.

However, what moment could he have been referring to, as her so-called career has been based on cocaine, marijuana, crotch shots, porn, superficiality, bad singing and equally horrible acting in low brow, debased films.

Yes, Harris was merely stating the obvious, but about a so-called career that never had substance to lose any real wattage. None of Hilton’s projects were successful, but she was able to stay in the limelight for saying and doing outlandish and lewd things for attention.

Hilton stated during the interview that her perfume line is worth one billion dollars, in a claim that is highly unlikely, based on competitive sales figures released on other more popular brands. Furthermore, where are all the aforementioned people that allegedly bought a billion dollars in perfume from Hilton, yet all her other projects experienced absolute sales failure. Does Hilton realize she is claiming to have sold more perfume in a few short years, than Elizabeth Taylor, which is considered the most successful celebrity line, did in two decades.

In closing, Hilton has been overshadowed by rival Kim Kardashian and her 200 sisters. Her time, if you can call it that, has indeed past.

Remember over a year ago, on June 1, 2010, in the article "Megan Fox Frolics Away Her Transformers Troubles" the Judiciary Report stated, actress Megan Fox was fired for calling "Transformers" director, Michael Bay, "Hitler" as it was deemed offensive, because he is a Jewish man:

"Bay's actions do seem vengeful in light of how Fox, a woman he has feelings for, who refused to leave her boyfriend, was terminated and the way it was sent to the press. However, she should not have called him Hitler, as he is Jewish and under the circumstances, it is insensitive."

Remember a year ago, in the September 17, 2010 article "Megan Fox Jealous Of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley" where the Judiciary Report stated, Megan Fox was fired from the "Transformers" franchise and did not quit as she publicly claimed:

"It wasn't a good idea for Transformers' director, Michael Bay, to replace Fox midstream, but she clearly enraged him to precipitate such a move. Fox claims she left the franchise, but she was fired after fighting with Bay, as leaving would have meant breach of contract and a lawsuit filed against her."

Well, yesterday, Michael Bay went on record and stated regarding Fox, "You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said fire her right now." Spielberg, who is also Jewish, is the executive producer of the "Transformers" films that are a take off of the 1980s cartoon of the same name.

As stated well over a year ago, I was also told that Bay does have feelings for Fox and would have married her. Author and blogger, Andrew Breitbart, made an appearance on the Sirus satellite radio show "Anthony And Opie" to talk about the sexting scandal surrounding congressman Anthony Weiner. During the interview, Breitbart whipped out his mobile phone to show the hosts a photo of Weiner's penis, the congressman had texted to a woman, who in turn inappropriately leaked the picture to the blogger.

This lead to the uncensored penis pic being released unto the internet today, in conduct that is inappropriate and a criminal violation of Weiner's rights. Though Weiner's conduct in consensually sending said picture to a woman, who was not his wife, is unethical and a betrayal of his marriage vows, he did so privately with the "reasonable expectation to privacy" as prescribed by law.

I don't agree with Weiner's politics, but humiliating him or anyone in this manner is wrong. Adults and teenagers have committed suicide over such sexting photos going public without their consent, not able to handle the public humiliation, over what was a private moment.

In the Erin Andrews case, an innocent sportscaster suffered great emotional trauma and distress, after her privacy was invaded by a perverse person that criminally snapped photos of her, through a hotel room key hole, then illegally made it public.

Breitbart had no right leaking the picture to the world. It was perverse and cruel. Society has lost its sense of decency, decorum and humanity, when humiliating people in states of undress, against their will, for ratings, attention and sexual gratification, has illegally become common in Hollywood.

It is disgraceful and inhumane. Such conduct criminally violates international human rights charters and domestic law, as it is the act of denying another person human dignity and privacy. The Judiciary Report does not like the direction society is going in that some are proud of degrading another human being in this fashion.

To the public, a show of hands, how many of you out there would want someone to illegally take it upon themself, to post an uncensored picture of your genitals or that of your grown children online, for the world to see, without permission or consent? Think about that. The majority of you would say no, because at the end of the day, it is a degrading act of cruelty and an invasion of privacy. No one deserves that.

Side Bar: Dude, get real! You're walking around with a picture of another person's private parts on your mobile phone, that you weren't even supposed to see in the first place. It's not cool - it's creepy. What kind of mess it that. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Side Bar 2: You'd be surprised how many perverted people in Hollywood are insidiously walking around with nude pictures of people on their mobile phones, taken without their knowledge or consent, by invasive means. It is mental illness. Sodom and Gomorrah indeed...

"The View" talk show host, Barbara Walters, sternly chastise guest, Paris Hilton, for being a whining, complaining, partying trollop, who has broken her promise to give back to the community, upon her release from jail for DUI (Driving Under The Influence). Hilton, who was in a huff at the televised dressing down, recently premiered her new, fluffy, indistinct reality show "The World According To Paris Hilton."

Hilton made an appearance on "The View" to promote the show and while on the program, voiced her complaints that reflected she is not pleased with the negative public perception of her. Walters explained why the public sees her in the manner it does and how she can improve that. Walters is a journalist that has interviewed heads of state. I can see how interviewing someone so vapid, with no substance or talent, would irk her.

Motivation for Monday!

Good morning darlings! What a lovely feeling to be fresh on a Monday and to be able to post a little motivation for today. Believe it or not, my darlings, I haven't been partying this weekend, though I'm sure I'll make up for lost time. One thing I did do, was an interview with a new blogger on the scene Rex Rothchild and trust me, if you don't like controversy or tackling really touchy subjects, best you don't visit his blog. But if you can handle it, you'll see the interview I did with him yesterday. It's all about 'Yolandi vs. Jemma' and we discussed everything from blogging to Jessica Alba's ass to sex toys to brands and even party spots. You'll see a whole other side to me.

On a different, more motivational, note, I would like to leave you with this quote. It's something I live by, especially when it comes to my dreams (and boy, do I have many):

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined."
