Youcef Nadarkhani
Iranian Christian pastor, Youcef Nadarkhani, has been sentenced to death, for being a preacher of the gospel living in Iran. Nadarkhani has been charged with apostasy by the Muslim state, who have been placed under a significant amount of world scrutiny for this decision, drawing the condemnation of a number of nations. Nadarkhani has been given the option of recanting his Christian faith or being hanged.
He has refused to renounce his faith and the Iranian government has not called off the execution. A person should be able to freely practice their faith without harm or retribution.
